Bryan came out to assess some moisture and termite concerns. Fortunately for us he didn't see anything that was an immediate concern for him. He did offer some solid advice and there was no charge for his visit. I'll definitely consider his business for any future needs as he seems like an honest and knowledgeable contractor which can be hard to find these days. Thanks a lot!

If I could rate this business higher, I would. I thought I'd be waiting forever to get a reputable contractor in to repair the damage to my walls and ceilings. Bryan got back to me within 24 hours, and demonstrated an enormous degree of flexibility and reliability in fitting my project into his schedule. Like most folks you probably care a great deal about your home and you want to maintain it as best you can. Same here. So when it came time to replace worn out caulking on our windows we turned to Virginia Home Repair to do the job right. Our job had sort of a twist - to color match the green shade of existing caulking (called hunter green). Bryan Teabout stepped up to perfectly match that color, prep and install the new caulk. He’s unbeatable when it comes to quality, value, and being an exceptionally nice professional. He’s been in the trades for decades and his expertise shines. After moving into my new home, I had a laundry list of odds and ends that needed to be done. Bryan was responsive and quick to the task, going above and beyond to make repairs and offer sensible recommendations (not up-sells) to the questions I had on a wide variety of potential future changes.

I am so impressed by this company. Bryan was quick to get out to my home and assess the damage. He gave good advice on what to do until he could get it fixed. It was a big job and he had it completed 3 days after I called him. He was kind and informative. He explained everything. The work was excellent quality at a reasonable fee. He is trustworthy and friendly. I definitely recommend him and plan to call him if I have any flooring repair needs in the future.

Very professional, quick to respond to my issues. Had a relatively simple issue with Soffit but in a precarious spot of the house that would not have been able to be fixed without skilled individuals and they did a fantastic job very quickly. Will be calling them again in the future!

Bryan provided a timely estimate for services, was able to get me on the schedule quickly and was always on time. He painted stairway walls which can be tricky but it was no problem for him because he was prepared with the necessary tools and materials. He also replaced exterior doorway trim. Contacted Virginia Home Repair and spoke with Brian about some windows i had leaking at my home do to the bad weather. Brian was able to assess, answer all my concerns/questions and make a plan quickly. Virgina Home Repair was able to correct and fix the issues I had to my windows and I couldn't be any happer! I called Virginia Home Repair to secure a loose washer box in the wall behind the washer, repair the wall and install a drain pan for a new washer. Bryan was very quick to come out to my daughter's home to look at the job and provide a free estimate. The next day Bryan called to schedule the repairs and the next day the job was complete. Best home repair company in Hampton Roads/Tidewater. We spoke with Bryan for the remodel worked we needed to complete at our home. He answered all of our questions, provided an estimate and completed the sheetrock and moisture damage in our addition. Very professional and the quality of the workmanship was SUPERB!! We received multiple estimates. He is not the cheapest but what can I say, "You get what you pay for." So glad we chose Virginia Home Repair. If we could give 10 stars we would.

Highly recommend. My front door was damaged by being forced open while I was out of town. They came within a day of requesting an estimate, thoroughly explained what needed to be done and came the next day and did the work. The cost was less than I was expecting.
