Go-Forth Pest Control came out today to treat for ants, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Daquan Ayers, the technician, was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing and how to help prevent future issues. He treated all the problem areas thoroughly and made sure I felt confident about the process. Scheduling was easy, they arrived on time, and the whole experience was stress-free. Highly recommend Go-Forth and especially Daquan for anyone dealing with pests! This service was also included in my membership so I paid nothing out of pocket!

I cannot wait to cancel this service. I have spent thousands of dollars on the home service side and pest control. Over the last year, I’ve had only one positive interaction with this company. Maybe the level of service depends on what neighborhood you live in because I am actually shocked after choosing them due to their high reviews. I’ve been met with cut corners, condescending, and rude customer service (Elizabeth) from the scheduling team. Today, I was literally asked by a technician if they could go to another home and come back to mine as I wait Equipment to unfreeze. Customer service told me that sometimes these things happen and if I could reschedule, they were unwilling to confirm that any work was done today. Complete waste of time. They also lock you in to our annual contract that you still have to pay for if you cancel. Please shop around. You’ll be better off going with anybody else.

Update: After posting this review, the owner called me and stated that my experience was inaccurate. Unfortunately, the call did not resolve my concerns and made me more uncomfortable. He said “We don’t live in a perfect world” and more concerned about my review than the level of service received.

**TIME WASTERS!!** If you're looking for rodent control, stay away. They don't do same day service as advertised. Waited 3 days for someone to show up and do nothing but try to upsale me on bs nobody needs. Quoted $700 for "services", and $400 for a subscription plan to set up traps and spray who knows what. This is for a small rats nest in the corner of the garage. They won't do any work unless you "subscribe". They just want money. Huge waste of time!! Technician was super butt hurt about review and called me about it. I refused to take it down.

Ruby is absolutely fantastic! This was her second visit to our home, and both times she has gone above and beyond. We've had a few other technicians in the past, but none have been as effective as Ruby in keeping our home roach-free. She’s thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in her work. We now request her specifically because we know the job will be done right. I would also like to add that we considered cancelling our service because we weren’t seeing the results we wanted but thanks to Ruby, we will continue to use Go-Forth for our pest control needs.

I reached out to these folks today due to a mice problem around our house. They called back within a few minute and had someone out within a few hours (on a Friday afternoon). Matt showed up and was fantastic, explained everything thoroughly and was very professional and courteous.

Daquan came out the following week to check our bait stations and was very friendly and helpful.

My technician Daquan has serviced my property for the second time today. As previously he was on time and didn't hesitate to accommodate what I needed him to do. Also, I really appreciated the information he shared with me regarding the treatment he did inside and outside my house. Great service!
