Mr. Ayers was very professional and knowledgeable; he did an excellent job explaining what type of pests are prevalent this time of year and treated my home for those pests as well as addressed my pests concerns. At the end, he also thoroughly explained what he used to treat my home. Mr. Ayers is an outstanding service representative!

I’d like to give a huge thank you to Matt from Go Forth Pest Control for the exceptional service. He provided at my commercial business. From the moment he arrived, Matt was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all of my questions and made sure I understood exactly what was being treated and why.

I had a rodent problem and I called them. They were prompt and the technician Dylan was very knowledgeable and explained the process they use to get rid of them. He walked around with me outside as well to point possible entry spots behind my HVAC. Dylan also set bait traps inside and out that would make them seek water rather than die within the walls. He was very thorough from the attic to the first floor and even outside.
I recommend this company if you ever get any type of infestation. They are super professional and do outstanding work!

Have been a customer for years, and service is always friendly and expertly done. Today, Dylan was no exception. Very friendly and took the time to thoroughly describe what was done and what is recommended. Highly recommended! Price listed below is based on the monthly payment for each quarterly visit.

UPDATE 12/10/2025: Dylan returned to conduct the regular full-service treatment of our house and to check the status of the rodent control stations. As usual, he was very thorough, professional, and friendly. Once again, it was a very positive experience!

Go-Forth let me know when they were coming out and asked if there was anything that I needed assistance with before they came. I decided to upgrade my service. It did not take long and Nelson assisted me through it over the phone. He gave me the different options available. DeQuan was already onsite and started my new upgraded plan. Dequan let me know what he was going to do with the upgrade and did all the upgrades on the spot. He was very receptive of my concerns. I have had Go- Forth for several years and would recommend the service and especially recommend DeQuan and Nelson. They were both very professional and helpful.

Dylan our technician was extremely friendly and personable, one of the nicest technicians that has been to our house!! He throughly explained what he was going to do from beginning to end. Would definitely want to have him back for future services. Go-Fourth is lucky to have him on their team representing their company… if you get Dylan as your tech, you’ll be nothing but satisfied.

DaQuan Ayers came out to my house today from GoForth Pest control.

Today’s visit was part of my 3 month treatment cycle. DaQuan was courteous, professional, and friendly and offered to answer any questions. Since receiving treatment with GoForth, I’ve not had any bugs in the house and the amount of spiders around the house, has also significantly decreased.

I’ve had great encounters so far with the various people who’ve I’ve interacted with and DaQuan continued that experience.

Dylan was prompt and professional. I called for a bald faced hornets nest removal (my wife is highly allergic to bees) in my front yard. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and then got to work.
I appreciated that he also followed up two days later to make sure that the problem was resolved.

Dylan did an amazing job, very attentive to details that my husband and I even overlooked. Was also very informative and helpful on things I can do for preventative care that may lead to bigger issues. Appreciate the service very much!

Daquan was very friendly, understood my concern and placed another bait box for the mice I can hear in the wall every day. There is no access from inside the wall so I have no idea how the one mouse I’ve seen in the past 9 months got in. He was in the glue trap. He’s a wonderful representative for your company. The team showed up and got a quick brief of my problem. They got straight to work and explained how each treatment works as well as when it was safe for kids and pets to be back outside. They were very knowledgable and made me feel like I knew what to expect post treatment. They explored the crawlspace and back yard as well and gave suggestions to ensure wood destroying insects didn’t move in. Overall great in person experience. The pricing is great considering what the value is to my family. (Couldn’t go outside due to wasps and carpenter bees). The receptionist was great as well and scheduled us for the next morning.

Side note if you’ve read the review this far. I called at least four to five other companies including one that another company suggested and none of them could help me or return calls in the Suffolk area. Go Forth answered on the first call and scheduled me right away.
