Absolutely horrible customer service. If you don't like to know when the service crew is showing up, what you are being charged for OR.... them to show up months after you canceled. then go with trugreen. zero communication. random 350$ charges. I dont understand what keeps these guys in business. my lawn looks no better than anyone else on my street, what was i even paying for? DO not recommend. their technicians are friendly and do a good job, so I cant give them a one star.

I just received a charge for 107.59 April 7th 2025, I clearly canceled my service and I am still being charged months later.

I checked the ring camera footage, no one even came to do any kind of treatment.

DO NOT TRUST TRUGREEN CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS

Tru Green has been instrumental in improving the health and appearance of our lawn. We would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs improving of their property's appearance and outdoor use and enjoyment!!

Rodney Arrived on time and completed the task after no time he was here. Explained what he was going to do. He evaluated the brown spots and set up the three phase treatments starting next week. We appreciate Rodney

I started my service this past spring and I have the exact same weeds as I did then except TruGreen‘s been feeding them and now they’re more prolific. I’ve called on three separate occasions and asked for a manager to come to my house or at the minimum reach out to me by phone and I have still not heard from anyone? I have not had any service since June it is now September I have nut grass all over my yard and numerous other and identified weeds. I was also told that if I was unhappy with the application that they would send somebody back over to do it again which has never happened after three phone calls ??? The young man yesterday pulled up for Ph application service and I told him to be sure and leave a tag in my yard so that all passerby‘s and all my neighbors can see what poor service TruGreen is and of course he didn’t tag my yard😡My big mistake was prepaying for a year’s service 🤬

Worst experience ever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
They took money for a job that they didn't do correct. And now you're telling me I have to schedule an appointment with a manager to cancel and get a refund? Give me a break, and take a hint.... I DONT WANT TO CONTINUE USING YOUR SERVICE.
So frustrated with Trugreen. Just do the job properly or give me a refund.
Have a manager call me and train those customer service representatives better.

This is my first season with TruGreen. I recently had my yard aeration and the Technicians were great at explaining the process and the importance of watering the yard for best results.

Timely and quality application.
I had requested 24 hour advanced notice, as I have a gated locked, backyard.
Luckily, I was home.
Other than no notice, satisfied with season service #2.

I would have given 5 stars if they would have given me the 24 hour notice.
I told the technician that I would expect the promised 24h notice in the future.

I've tried repeatedly to reach the local location, but I keep getting the call center that keeps telling me I need the local location. When they transfer me, no one answer, and I get transferred BACK to the call center. I sent the online request and got a text, and I was called AGAIN by the call center.

Dylan was a great representative of the TruGreen company. When he arrived, he introduced himself and fully explained the entire process. Then he went to work doing the first application efficiently and thoroughly. Before leaving he asked if I had any questions or concerns. It was a pleasure to deal with a young professional such as Dylan. TruGreen did well in hiring him to represent their organization.

The service technician was very polite. Prior to commencing his service he knocked as on the door to ensure my dogs were in the house. When he came around the backyard were I was working he stopped for a few and asked how I was doing etc

I have had a long relationship with Trugreen, so I do know that they offer quality service. The employee was very respectful and he answered all of my questions. He attended to all of my concerns and my lawn was very well fertilized. I eagerly await the Spring Bounty of a beautiful lawn that usually comes after the treatments provided by Trugreen.

Basic is probably the best way to describe. We live on a treed lot and technician would not treat lawn if any limbs had fallen. He would say he would come back another day. Because of our lot there are almost always small limbs on the grass.
I’m not talking about branches, I’m talking small limb/twigs that fall with the slightest breeze. Switched to a local company and couldn’t be happier

Look for another company. Their grass seed are a waste of money, went to lowes and got my own and had better results. This used to be a great company my first tech Cameron was great no issues did very well at communication. I got switched to a different tech and my yard is not the same. The techs i have now are rude and don't fully do the job. Management can be rude and even tho i talk to them there is no changes, feels like i just get ignored. Switched to ALM and they do a much better job and im being heard.

Derrick was very conscientious along with the person helping him. I shared my concern with grass growing in the flower beds and he paid particular attention to hand seed around the beds.

I’ve had service for over a year and they say, guaranteed! No, they didn’t even know what Virginia Button Weed was, it totally took over my yard and now my front yard is a big weed. You can call all you want and they will come back out to spray, but it will be for nothing. It’s the worst my yard has ever looked, but they’re sure will collect their money. THERES DEFINITELY NO GUARANTEE, with their work.

TruGreen is in fact, the first 3 letters of their name "TRU" They will give you a "TRU" good service for a "TRU" affordable price, and you will have a "TRU" beautiful and healthy lawn....!!!

I have had trugreen service at my house sense 2018 uninterrupted and my yard has always looked great. The tree and shrub treatments have been a great addition to my service. The service technician is very professional and friendly, oh and my gate always gets shut when they are done with the treatment. All in all I'm very happy with Trugreen.

Our shrub specialist was excellent! He talked to me about what he was doing and explained why he couldn’t apply the fungicide to some of the plants. He took his time and asked if we had noticed any problems and addressed them.

When will I see improvement in my lawn? Also, your technicians can reach my back vai the easyway off of pencil box street in the campus easy area behind my townhouse.
