Keith's Carpet does a great job. These carpets were a mess!!

Unbelievable job, both at my rental property and my own home. Not enough words to express what an incredible job getting stains I never thought could come up!
Keith spends a lot of time making sure you do not have to replace that carpet just yet!

Keith did a great job cleaning our carpet and was very knowledgeable about his profession. You can tell that he has been doing this for a long time and has a passion for his job.

Our stair case is carpeted and is right next to the front door. Needless to say it was heavily soiled and stained. I had Previous attempts to get it clean were fruitless so i had low expectations. Well, i have to say i am happily shocked that our carpet now looks brand new. I cant believe how good they look. Keith's enthusiasm and pride in his work is great and you cant ask for more than that.

We recently purchased a brand new home, moved in and found out that there was a dead skunk in the wall. The builder removed the dead skunk and tried several different methods to try and remove the odor, but was only partially successful. Keith came over to clean / deodorize our upholstery, but was also able to come up with a solution to remove the smell. This is the best the house has smelled since we moved in. Thanks you Keith !!!

Just recently had our carpets cleaned in our Hampton office which is a very busy medical practice. Carpets were heavily soiled and stained due to the harsh winter we had along with patient traffic. Keith came out on a Saturday which is the only day available due to our schedule. When I came in on Sunday to put back all of our furniture I was totally surprised to see that all of the stains were gone. The provider who worked in our office on Monday thought we had replaced the carpets over the weekend even he could not believe how nice they turned out. Keith is GREAT!! He always gets our carpets back to looking brand new and doesn't leave them soaking wet afterwards. It's obvious he loves what he does and takes great pride in it! I definitely recommend him if you want the job done right the first time.

My family has been using Keith for almost 20 years. He is seriously the best. Great with scheduling, responsible, shows up on time or early, and does an amazing job. Keith did an outstanding job on our carpets. We have wall to wall carpet upstairs and 3 young children who make a LOT of messes and spills. I was worried our carpet could not be salvaged but Keith is a miracle worker! It looks brand new. We are so pleased. Keith is thorough, meticulous and truly cares about what he does. Keith did an excellent job on our carpet and rugs! He was recommended by our realtor and this was the first time we used him. Keith is a great guy and does exceptional work. His machine and cleaners he uses actually cleans the carpet really well. We had several stains he was able to get out or greatly improve on. He is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. Great work at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Keith is amazing! He is on time, professional and the best carpet cleaner I have ever used. His price is reasonable and my carpets look brand new. I was ready to replace them but he got every stain out. If you are interested in having your carpets cleaned you will not be disappointed with his work.

Keith is an amazing professional. I wish I had actually taken before pictures because the master bedroom of the house we just bought was a night and day difference.

The downstairs rooms he cleaned probably bought a couple more years of use as well and really brightened things up. Originally booked him for 2pm on a Friday and he called asking if he could come earlier. I told him sure and ended up running late and he just chilled out in my drive way until I got home. No complaints on his end and he was super nice and chill the whole time. I had some other things going on but he was really easy to talk with and took the time to actually show me the difference in what was clean and wasn't.

The whole process only took maybe an hour or so for two downstairs rooms, stairs, hall, and master bedroom and walk in closet.

Keith is really down to earth and easy to talk with. His prices are reasonable and he has a good nose on his head for odors you might be used to. Definitely a guy I could see sitting down with and having a beer with.

If we decide to keep the house carpeted I won't even mess with buying another steam cleaner and just have him come on an annual basis to take care of those needs.

Lastly. I didn't have any good before pictures of the downstairs and the upstairs lighting is really warm in the before but I thought the carpet was a darker grey. After the cleaning it looked more closer to a neutral/light grey than anything else.

Punctual, personable, and professional! My house is so clean it feels like Christmas morning walking into it. With two kids and two large breed dogs, I’m super impressed with how well they clean this house. Natural and safe for all the babies! Highly recommend!
