I needed a three story beach house cleaned at a moments notice and they were there in a flash. They cleaned my home from top to bottom to perfection. Not only were they thorough, but they were pleasant to be around. They worked with my husband and I and made us feel like we were valued. I truly appreciate you all so much! I highly recommend!!!

The work was done well and the technician was professional. But the final price was far higher than what I was quoted, and that is not acceptable. Pricing should be clear before the work starts. I was charged almost double what other local companies charge—about $200 more than Stanley Steemer. This feels misleading, and it needs to be corrected.

We have used Monster Clean for years and the difference between their carpet cleaning and other companies doesn't even come close. We will continue to use them. They came out to clean the stairs that another company could not clean and just stated it was a high traffic area and the fibers being worn, that was not the case at all. Great job as always!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Adriana scheduled my appointment and she was so pleasant to talk to. The two gentleman that came to my house to clean my couch and my rug were so kind and professional. They did a fantastic job on my couch and rug. Would definitely hire them again!

Called Monster Clean to take care of my carpets for the spring. The call was simple and quick, with them aiming to schedule me on the same day as other people in my area. I personally like that practice as it allows for services to be delivered in a timely manner. I had my appointment the following week.
They texted me reminders as well as when they were on their way to my location.
The day of the clean I had prepped the floors and moved the simple furniture out of the way, this was for my own personal satisfaction. The spray they used to clean carpet smelled nice and worked as a deodorizer. The only thing I was prompted to do was to move my dogs water bowls out of the way so the hose didn't make a mess going through the house. The job was done swiftly and professionally with instructions for the settings on the AC to be specific for quicker drying. Following said instructions, the majority of the carpet was dry by bedtime. Overall I am happy with the company as they were timely, professional, and quick. I will certainly use them again.
