I won’t say that this company isn’t great but communication is horrible I’ve been trying to reach someone at the Hampton roads location and always get sent to voicemail I’ve even attempted to call the Durham NC location same issue. A business partner of mines decided to go to a local citywide office to speak to someone in person the first time she went she was able to get information concerning the onboarding process to work with citywide but she said the second time she went to the location it was empty as if they moved. We both were only trying to get information to get onboard with citywide we hadn’t been able to reach anyone since a zoom call we attended. AT THIS POINT ARE YOU STILL IN BUSINESS??
