We needed our carpets cleaned by Friday and I contacted On The Spot Carpet VA. It was at 5:30 in the evening on Wednesday. Alex called me back and told me he could come the next day at 10:30am! He was definitely "Johnny on the Spot" for us and did an amazing job! The carpets look great and we are lucky that we have found Alex with On The Spot Carpet VA!! I would highly recommend using this family owned outstanding local business.

I can't say enough good things about On the Spot. The crew was timely and professional and they had all the equipment required to get out the tough stains, including permanent marker on the carpets that happens when you have small children. There were no harsh chemical smells after they were all done, so we were able to sleep in our rooms without any repercussions that same night. I felt comfortable with my kids playing in the next rooms as we know the owner and his family and they are good people. Alex was on time ... went right to work ..... talked me through every step .... had state of the art cleaning equipment ( some I've never seen or heard of ) did an AMAZING AWESOME job on this carpet ... did upholstery cleaning and made sure I was completely satisfied with the results...... a work ethic , unseen by other carpet cleaners we've used over the years ....This guy knows his stuff !!!!!

Wahsei does an amazing job! My 20 year old carpets look and feel new. He was able to get out old set stains. He was also able to fit me in his schedule at the last minute!

If you want a fairly priced carpet cleaning job with amazing results, these are your guys!! They are easy to reach and schedule and can accommodate any carpet cleaning needs you have. They did a great job on my classroom carpet last year and did an even more thorough job when they cleaned my house carpets and upholstery. All the dog stains (and smells) are gone!! Cannot recommend this company enough:)

This is my second time using Alex and his service. We had a very difficult pet stain which other services were unable to get up. The result was perfect and our carpet looks brand new! they are very responsive and friendly and quick. Most highly recomended.

We had a smoker and even though our guests smoked outside, the smell still got into our entryway rug and made the whole foyer smell terrible. Dolphin Rug Care did a deodorizing rug cleaning for us and it worked. It doesn't smell like it's drenched in perfume to cover up the smoke, it really smells like clean wool. I'm really grateful to have that fresh scent back in my Virginia Beach house.
