This company is absolutely ridiculous & a pathetic excuse of a business. We had 8am appointment but about 945am no one has showed up, my husband calls and lady apologizes and says something went wrong with dispatch and for the inconvenience we would get a high traffic cleaner at no charge, guy shows up a little after 10am and said he would have to clear it with his boss about what the lady in their office offered, boss says no. At this point my husband who took off work is pissed, calls manager and he said we gave them the wrong address (umm im pretty sure we know our own damn address ypu idiot) & then has the nerve to tell my husband "well go find another company then". Usually I read reviews so not sure why it slipped my mind this time but I will be calling the better business bureau. Please whatever you do call another carpet cleaner!!!!!!

I absolutely loved this service! Paul was the absolute best, with great customer service, and a GREAT JOB DONE! I would recommend this place to any business, corporate office, or industry. Me personally I would recommend Paul for the rest of my time doing business with Precision Catpet Cleaning, Inc. He literally did my whole house with stairs at a very reasonable price & was done within the hour! Yuou just cant beat that! #RECOMMENDED 100% #APPROVED

Paul our technician was very professional, got to our house and immediately started working. He was very kind and courteous and did an excellent job on our carpets. We will definitely be back for more business.

tech showed up an hour and half late. told us he could get most of the stuff up with basic that some spots would need the chemical solution. so we said oksy go with the basic for now . as he started we noticed it was not cleaning at all. just making the carpet the wet. we asked him to stop and asked for a full refund. he then said to call the office if we wanted a refund. ok the phone with the office they said they didn't want to hear anything we had to say and hung up on us. each time we called they would not give us a supervisor and kept hanging up on us after saying if uou call back we will call the cops on you.

I would never recommend this company. their website States satisfaction guaranteed or your money back, we'll we are not satisfied and they are refusing to give us a refund.

BEWARE!! We were SCAMMED. And company dumped waste water in the sewer drain! They are not professional. The guy who "cleaned" our carpets was so rude. Also They do not have uniforms or marked vehicles. They left our floors so wet we had to call another (very professional real company) to come extract the water because the guys "manager" was so unhelpful and hung up on me after telling me to call him tomorrow when I was in a better mood. After the guy was finished with 5 rooms and a hallway in 20 minutes he came out to his truck and drained all of the dirty chemical water right from his truck into the sewer drain in front of the house. This is illegal and very disgusting. I can not believe this company is getting by with ripping so many customers off and precision carpet cleaning is illegally dumping in sewer drains.

The technician was 2 hours late and rushed through the job. He did a 3 story house in 18 minutes. Needless to say it doesn't look good. I was promised a deodorizing due to him being so late and that didn't happen either. I paid an extra fee for what I was told was a tough stain that he didn't get out and told me that he couldn't get it out but refused to give me my extra fee back because he used a "special" chemical. I will never use this company again it was a horrible experience and really a waste of my time not to mention now I have to pay another company to do it right.

Do not ever use this company ..they do a trashy job the tech was in my home for less than 30 mins to clean 5 rooms an a hallway. Doesn't Even look like he did anything. I called to the office to let them know that it looked like trash and that a blind man could have done better an he said it had to dry first an if I still wasn't satisfied he would send a manager to look at it in the morning, so I called this morning and needles to say the guy at the office hung up on me. So I called BBB this morning. Don't ever use this company pay your 2 year old first they could do better..

This is the worst carpet cleaning I have ever received. First I was quoted the wrong price. Second, I see no difference from what my carpet was before. I was charged for a deodorizer yet the carpet now stings. It looks like they just vacuumed the carpets and charged me for it. He took less than 20 minutes to finish a 2 bedbroom and a large living area. Dark stain still looks visible. I absolutely should have checked the reviews before calling..PLS DON'T CALL THESE PPL. IT'S A WASTE OF MONEY and YOUR TIME!!

$80 for a PISS POOR "basic clean" which was basically a wet-vac. The job was done in 15 mins., can you say sketchy. We paid an additional $10 to have "odor neutralizer" in the master bedroom, which now smells worse than it did. Called the next day "72 hour satisfaction guarantee" The lady proceeds with we declined to get any other treatment so we got what we paid for "basic cleaning =steam cleaning" Then she says that it doesn't show on the invoice that we got "odor neutralizer" so the $10 was allotted as a tip UNBELIEVABLE!!!

If i could rate this company a zero and still post this i would!!! The technician told me 2pm he would be there so i waited and when he didnt show i called him. Needless to say he was very rude on the phone and told me to call the receptionist so i did. When i called, the manager answered and relayed that he had already spoken to the technician and when i tried to explain that they have incovenienced ME he became just as rude as the technician and disrespectful, so i did too. Then he hangs up on me. Poor communication and ILL customer service to say the least!!!!!!!!!!!! I much rather pay more for better service that to be treated as if they are doing me a favor. No you dumb asses, i am paying you for a service that should be delivered timely and if it is not, then communicate with me appropriately. They ask you to pay upfront because if you read the reviews, they are leaving carpets soaking wet and there is no difference in the before and after. I should have read the reviews first!!! Stay away from them so their business can fail!!!!! Give your money to a vendor that appreciates the fact that there are competitors and want to stay in business by making sure you are happy and also understand that you work hard for your dollar. Canceled service for both me and my mother and would NEVER recommend them to anyone!!!! Their AD is bogus by the way.............

Please don't use this company. I pay $185 dollars and they don't do anything just a basic cleaning, all stains that you can easy can take off with any store carpet cleaning, still in the carpet . When I call to the dispatch I told them I was not satisfy with job since all stains that can be remove still in the carpet, the lady hardly let me speak so I just say I will not recommend on post housing and she say I was threatening her which was not true I'm in all my right on doing a bad review. I call again and ask for the manager and she yell at me saying that I was threatening her, I clarify her that I was NOT threatening no one just in my right of doing a negative review.

The cleaning was done in 20 min literally in a 4 bedrooms house and stairs. Really BAD job and rude dispatch manager.

Plus they say a 100% satisfaction guarantee and you can't even call a tell them that your not satisfy.

Do not use this company EVER! You get what you pay for. They cancelled my move out cleaning 24hrs prior to their appointment. They did not offer a solution or offer a discount. They said they were doing me a favor by giving me 24hrs notice! I will never use this company! I will never recommend this company to anyone. Find another carpet cleaning company.

Tinsley was the guy who came out for Precision Carpet Cleaning. He was very professional and did a great job. He finish very quick and the carpet looked amazing. I would recommend him to anyone. Next time I get need my carpet clean I will ask for him by name.

No one informed me of an additional charge for being on the third floor when I initially made the appointment. When the man got there he told me and I had to rescheduled which was fine. He came back the next day and finally cleaned the carpet. He said it would take 3 hours to dry.. It took 8 because my carpet was so soaked. When it finally dryed, small stains were still there. I called them and the manager offered no solution and was so rude. Never again..

Called to get carpets cleaned before I moved out of an apartment. The day they were meant to come and clean, I sat and waited for 45 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. I then called the company number and was then informed that their machine was broken, and that they were not coming. When I asked why they never contacted me, I was lied to by the representative who tried to say that they attempted to call me that day. I even checked to see if they had the correct contact information, which they did. Poor customer service, poor communication.

STAY AWAY!!!!!! Was moving into a new house, so i called Precision Carpet Cleaning Inc to clean the carpets in my apartment. I was told I had to pay up front because i was not going to be present as I was moving into my new house so I gave him the $110 and told him i wanted to see the floor before he left because I was only a block away. The tech called me to tell me he was finished but was gone when i got there. The carpet was moist at best. Not wet or damp. Moist. The floor was worse then when he started! Even the areas where the furniture had been was dirty. How is that possible???? I called the company and a man on the phone told me my eyes were playing tricks on me. HOW???? He agreed to send another tech after the floor dried if I was still not satisfied . So I called back to be cursed out and hung up on......four times. Finally a woman answered and said I was out of luck on a refund or do over. I saw the reviews after the fact and now see that this is a trend with this company. First ever review sorry it is so long but please look elsewhere. I reported them to FTC please do the same if you are reading this after they rip you off too.

It took fifteen minutes for the tech to finish the carpet cleaning and the carpets were so wet it was hard to see if they were properly cleaned or not. The next morning I arrived at the apartment to get a look at the carpet and the first thing I noticed was there was a mild foul ordor, the next thing was absolutely no stains were removed. The door way still had noticeable wear, their were still spots in various places, and all this after paying extra for spot treatment. The technician was very polite, but he was extremely limited on what he was allowed to do. This company is a perfect example ofwl what poor leadership will do to an organization. I only paid $80 for a small apartment, but it's going to end up costing me $140 to have it redone by Karpetcare Plus.

Really disappointed. They were over an hour late for starters, and when they arrived he told my husband our house had the “most messed up entryway to pull their hose through”. Then he argued with my husband on whether or not we could please move our furniture so the carpet underneath could be cleaned....needless to say, my husband got frustrated and we didn’t end up getting any of the carpet cleaned under our furniture. When he was finished, we then got a lecture, apparently because we pretreated stains to try and remove them (a very long time ago), we should have let him know because the chemicals could be hazardous when mixed with their cleaning solution. My husband is certified in hazmat, there was no need for him to say any of that. We have had our carpets cleaned many times in the past, and this was by far the most unprofessional and aggravating experience. Not worth it.

I just came here to review my cleaning with Paul Tinsley. He did our cleaning and was friendly, professional and courteous. He did a thorough job and got out several crazy bad stains. Everything looked great.
I read through some other reviews. Do you guys realize every good review you have had his name? You might want to give the dude a raise, looks like he is holding your company together.

This company is a major rip off!!!! Technican was 3 hours late and showed up with a bad attitude, then asked me was i mad!!!! I had a pink spot in my carpet from pepto bismol which technician said he could only lighten it so I declined. After he finished, my carpet looked the exact same except for it was wet. Then I refused to pay until talking to the boss. Talked to a guy who turned out to be the owner who attitude was worst that the technician. Technician left before I got off the phone with boss. So boss told me that he would see me in court for non payment!!! I should have read the reviews before using this company, but I will make sure no one I knows EVER uses Precision Carpet Cleaning!!! I wouldn't even give them 1 star!!!! Now I'm mad!!! Terrible business.

The technician, Tinsley, came out and did a wonderful job on my carpets! I paid $70 (since there was a deal going on) for a pre treatment and 2 rooms to be cleaned! The carpets were completely stained from animals but once he had done certain areas you couldn't even tell that there had been stains there before! I would definitely use this service again for future carpet cleanings!
