Just had this done in my house in Richmond. Carpets looked okay before but had a few spots to touch up. Quote was for $89 and an extra $25 for stairs that had some spots on them. Showed up and after 2 seconds said that it needed treatment and that it would be an extra $100 for it. Said no thanks and went with the "basic" service. Carpet looks great... I have the same exact spots as before but really wet carpet. I might as well have just brought the hose in and sprayed it around for awhile with the same effect. I was going to use them on another property but I am cancelling that order today. $30 rental at Walmart would have been MUCH better.

Absolutely the WORST CARPET CLEANING COMPANY THERE IS!! I had an appointment for 5pm on a THURSDAY. I was called by 2 different technicians and the dispatcher who promised me that they would be out to clean my carpets but were running behind. After waiting for 2 HOURS beyond my appointment time, I get a call from dispatch to tell me that they will not be coming because of a mechanical problem with the van. Now I KNOW they have more than 1 van to service the entire Hampton Roads area! They wanted to reschedule for 8am the next day. I told them NO because I have already waited and I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. Why should I take time off work and work around THEIR schedule? I asked for some form of compensation since I was having to rearrange my schedule. They only offered me free room deodorizer. OH PLEASE! I asked for a discount on the price and they refused saying they were not allowed by their "stockholders". Well I call BS!! We went round and round arguing and I never got my carpets cleaned. WORST customer service EVER!! They are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND INCOMPETENT. I should have done more research on this bogus company.
Do yourself a favor and DON'T CALL THIS COMPANY.

This is a sincere review about this company. I would not use them again. Like others I did not look at reviews on the company prior to having them come out. They get you with the price but the quality of the work is mediocre at best. Paul Tinsley (technician) was pleasant but when he was bragging about how quick he could get it done gave me great concern. I should have told him not to continue. But I didn’t. I allowed him to continue. In the end I was not completely satisfied. The special spot he charged extra to treat is still there. My bedroom doesn’t appear to have been cleaned. And just like others I called back and the owner tried to explained (give excuses) to why the stains did not come up. Well I made another appointment for Paul to come back out today 1/27/18 at 2:00. Guess what? I’m still waiting on Paul and it’s 3:15. Called and was told the technician was running late. The owner said he would call to get a time frame on when the technician would be there. He placed me on hold and never came back to the call. So here I am writing this review. So I conclude by saying “Buyer Beware”.

Please do not use this company! The phone number directs you to this guy name Garrett. He came to my rental home to clean the carpet and was very rude and weird. Job was done in 30 minutes, 6 rooms. No stains removed. And CASH only. Even though the business say cards accepted, he only wanted cash.
He then sent 4 threatening text messages to my phone that I still have, stating if I give him a bad review he will have me subpoenaed. And lying on my landlords, which I had to tell him, I'm taking these texts to the Sheriff office and getting a restraining order against this man. Not sure if this is a company, all numbers forward to his number.

I don't feel safe with this guy/company. My neighbor took his picture and the cleaning company witness his bad behavior.

Great customer service and great job on the carpet cleaning. I called to make the appointment and pleased with the great customer service. The day of my appointment they showed up early and on time. Paul was very nice and did a great job cleaning rhe carpets. Was able to get up any stains quickly. Overall, did a great job. Would highly recommend if you need your carpets cleaned for move out or any other service. Great price too!

Greg did a great job cleaning the carpets in our new home! We ended up closing earlier than expected and he was able to get me on the books for a full house carpet cleaning with just 3 day notice! He was very transparent with prices and recommendations based on each room. It was a very reasonable price for 9 rooms, 2 complete sets of stairs, and large landings at the top of each set of stairs. I would reccomend precision carpet cleaning to anyone =)

I booked my appointment for Thursday but something came up and I had to reschedule. The customer service representative was very respectful and understanding. He rescheduled a very convenient time for me. Next thing I know, Paul Tinsley shows up to my apartment to get the job done. Paul was incredibly punctual, professional, experienced, friendly, and respectful! I had an all-around delightful experience with precision carpet cleaning. I called EVERY single carpet cleaning competitor; and Precision was the cheapest by a landslide. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience Paul & team. I will be a lifetime customer and have already made arrangements to make another appointment for my new apartment to be cleaned. If you want an exceptional job done on your carpet for a great price, call Precision! Request Paul if possible. HE IS THE MAN! Thanks again guys!

The window cleaning techs are excellent! They are professional and very personable! They are quick and efficient!

I am physically handicapped and wasn't able to inspect at the time the work was done. A friend looked at the work after the cleaning crew had gone. Some windows weren't cleaned at all and others were poorly done.

I recently called Fish Window
Cleaning and found the company I had worked with in the past was very different. They skipped windows. Missed screens and I was generally disappointed. When I complained I was told it probably was the pollen in my area and they did nothing to rectify my complaint. I would not recommend them in the future.Beverly Hornick
