Poor work quality smart mouthed employees horrible customer service
I will be sueing them in court for a refund of the charges.

Came out in February, calling them again! Tinslel was our tech, great personality, on time.

Very poor service, do not use them, they don't explain when u make appomient about their policy to pay cash upfront with out doing job, person did not came on time, I do not recommend this company to anyone, again please do not call them by looking their lower prize.

Gary, the owner was so pleasant and he had very detailed knowledge of the whole carpet cleaning process.

Charged me 75 bucks and my carpets still dirty.very unprofessional work and poor customer service.when I called to complain I was told I was banned from using them because I asked some skinny white guy how much was it to clean a white Persian rug!!!!he told me they couldn't do it because they don't know how.who knows what I can do about sueing this horrible company for my uncleaned carpet???????

STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE NIGHTMARE OF A COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE SETTING AN APPOINTMENT AND STILL HAD NOT SHOWN UP NOR CALLED. I CALLED THE OFFICE WHEREBY THE OWNER SAID THE ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL WAS WITHIN 5 MINUTES. OWNER SAID HE WAS SORRY SO i AGREED TO GIVE THEM A 2ND CHANCE. TWO DAYS LATER, 1 RUDE TECH SHOWED UP TO STEAM CLEAN MY LIVING ROOM FURNITURE AND CLEAN 2 OF MY UPSTAIRS BEDROOM CARPETING. WHEN THE DUDE SAID HE WAS DONE, I CAME DOWNSTAIRS T0 INSPECT HIS WORK AND I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE A RIVER OF WATER ON MY LIVING ROOM AND DINING R00M HARDWOOD FLOORS. THE FURNITURE WAS SOPPING WET AND CERTAINLY NOT STEAMED CLEANED. RUDE TECH DEMANDED ME PAY HIM AFTER REFUSING TO CLEAN UP THE RIVER OF STANDING WATER ON MY HARDWOOD FLOORS. I ASKED THE TECH TO LEAVE MY HOUSE BECAUSE I WAS UNWILLING TO PAY HIM UNTIL I COULD REACH THE OWNER. TECH STOOD ON MY PORCH WHILE FIRST REACHING HIS BOSS, SO WHILE I WAS CALLING, I WAS ON HOLD AND HE NEVER CAME BACK TO THE PHONE. WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF WAITING ON THAT CALL, I LOOKED OUT MY WINDOW AND THE TECH WAS GONE. AS FOR MY FURNITURE, IT LOOKS WORSE THEN BEFORE THE "STEAM CLEAN" WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE. FURNITURE IS ONLY A LITTLE OVER 1 YEAR OLD. OTTOMAN HAS A WHITE MARK ON IT, WHICH THEY APPARENTLY USED SOME KIND OF BLEACHING SUBSTANCE. NOW IT'S RUINED. EVERY STAIN AND MORE IS NOW ON ALL OF THE FURNITURE. AND, ALL OF IT IS RUINED AS IS MY HARDWOOD FLOOR. THEY ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST OF THE WORST SO CALLED COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS DESTRUCTIVE SO CALLED BUSINESS.

I should have read the reviews first - I hired them to clean my rug and couch- everything was too wet when they left to see a difference
The next day I rubbed the couch with a white towel and could visibly still see the dirt
The guy rushed and was not thorough because I was his last client for the day

Did an absolutely horrible job on the carpet . Then said they would come back to redo it 2 days later and never showed up and now won’t answer any phone calls.. I’m going to get my money back one way or another...

They showed up 45 mins. late. They then said there was a $30 upcharge for a third floor, which was not told to me when I set the appointment. I wasn't home and my daughter had to send them away. I will NOT be rescheduling with them. Sketchy!!!

One of the bedrooms was not even wet after the cleaning. They did not bring the equipment to clean the ceramic tile. The technician said oh G** when I was talking with him about how poorly the job was done. Do not use this business.

Very Professional, timely and personal. They care about the level of detail and quality of their work. This is my 6th time itilizing their service. I wouldnt patronize any other carpet cleaners.

My appointment was at 3pm. Called them at 315 and they said they would be there at 530-6. I cancelled. 640pm guy calls me saying hes on his way. 640 pm for a 3pm appointment. That i cancelled. This company is ridiculous.

Not only did they not do what I asked them to do the first time, but when I called to get it fixed I had to pay the same amount I payed the first time to get it fixed and then they didn't show up on time and I had to call to find out why and no compensation was offered for all this trouble! They were running behind since first thing this morning but didn't bother to call their clients who set up a scheduled time for a reason! Never Again!

This company is suck. They was an hour late for appointment. Bad job on carpet stretching.They are very rule, unprofessional. They left the house wet on the foyer floor and they drained dirty water on my driveway. So regreted that i picked this company before review it. Do not use this company

Prescheduled appointment was moved up and hour and a half. They neglected to take resopinsibility for the inconvenience and said there was nothing they could do but offer deoderizer absolutely the worst experience i have had with customer service. Do not use this company bc of the cheaper prices! Bite the bullet and pay the professionals.

Paul Tinsley does okay. He is always late. They stated it is due to traffic but I would think thry would account for that in the route. I feel 50/50 about the work. Some tough stains may come up but once completed and dried, I cannot tell an actual difference in my carpet as a whole. To each its own.

I hired this company for a client. After they showed up 20 minutes late for the appointment without calling, they claimed there was pet odor after seeing the dog. This home has no odor, and is very clean. They also failed to mention that they would not clean the carpet in the closets of the bedrooms either... and this is a vacant home. Their manager Megan was very rude, uncooperative and refused to let me speak with the owner when I called. Megan made it very clear that the owner would not be interested in speaking to me and laughed when she said "no matter what number you call you are still going to get me."

I am very slow to give a bad review...but their disrespect and the customer no-service I received was not what they advertise on their website. I gave them an opportunity to resolve without a negative review, but was hung up on and told not to bother calling back.

WORST COMPANY EVER. I called last Friday needing 1 room of carpet cleaned. I asked for soonest available, as I have furniture being delivered tomorrow, and the carpet is empty and filthy. I was given an appointment for this past Sunday at noon. Well, yesterday noon came and went. I waited all day with no phone call, no heads up, nothing. WORST COMPANY EVER. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
