I had two decks and a set of steps powerwashed over a week ago.
I have emailed the company on several occasions regarding my concerns following the service, including wood splintering, wood damage, discoloration, areas missed and plant damage. I sent pictures and I've been told a manager or owner would be reaching out to me. Crickets. I'm disappointed with my service and lack of follow up. I've been holding off writing a negative review in hopes the company would reach out and rectify these issues.

Updated 11/24/25: This company continues to impress. Aria Mortazavi and crew expertly installed my Christmas lights which had been stored by LBL from last year. Once again, I have nothing but high praise for LBL. Employees are ALWAYS ON TIME, polite, and professional.

Update 5/22/25: Had another great experience with LBL. They power-washed house, roof, patio and driveway. Services included sealing driveway and patio. Everything was accomplished in a timely and professional manner. They are always on time with prior notification of arrival provided.

This company is superb in all respects. From the initial consult to light installation, everything went smoothly & professionally. ‘Nuff said…..

Update 12/10/24: Had a bulb that needed to replaced. LBL crew responded the following day. Doesn’t get any better than that….

Update: 2/1: Have nothing but high praise for LBL Softwash. This company does a better job of keeping one informed on scheduling, arrival time updates, etc. than any other that I have encountered since moving to Williamsburg 20 years ago. Was so impressed with my Christmas lights experience that I have chosen to use them for house power wash , roof clean, and driveway and patio wash and seal in the spring.

On time, fast, efficient and thorough. Our roof had a lot of moss growth and by the end of LBL's treatment it was already starting to die! Looking forward to how good it's going to look in the coming weeks. Friendly and knowledgeable, this was a great experience and I highly recommend! Dan Thomas and Kyndal my install guys were the most professional and courteous gentleman. I called LBL on a Monday and Ron came over and just totally won me over. He drew up my plans and assisted me with what I had no idea that I wanted. He was so nice and so professional I said I need my lights up before Thanksgiving which was two days later. When I tell you he made it happen the very next day I am totally blown away. He kept his promises, sent out his installers, and now I am truly the envy of the neighborhood. If you want your house to look gorgeous, we'll lit up, and priced to win you over then just call LBL and I promise they will hook you up. Thank you for the warm conversations with all four of you men I am honored to have you do my work and I will definitely use you guys every year.

Dealing with Williams Pressure Washing was great! Michael was able to come the same day we first connected. He was extremely communicative. Our front entry way, sidewalk, and driveway haven’t looked so good since they were new. Our best pressure washing experience to date. I highly recommend this company!!

Mike and his partner did an excellent job cleaning off my roof. It was long overdue with a large accumulation of leaves and a very large heavy limb. They arrived when they said they would, bagged up leaves so they didn't end up all over the bushes, brought down the heavy limb and gently blew off any remaining debris. They are courteous, honest and reasonable. Will definitely use them in the future.

These guys went above and beyond with all aspects of the job! They removed a ton of staining that I thought would never come out. Their attention to detail was evident and communication was on point. Highly recommend this company. I’ll be having them back out annually from here on out!
