The Aria and his colleague guys that did the house washing were very friendly, conscientious. The house, roof, outbuildings look fantastic! They were so gracious to do extra like spray off my screens and patio furniture. Our well pump went out while they were here and we solved the problem together by hooking up to our neighbors water. They could have given up but they persevered and completed the job. I would recommend that crew and LBL Softwash a Christmas lights to everyone!! Thank you for everything

I am very pleased with the work L and L did cleaning the outside of our house and fence. The fence was very bad with algae but they worked hard to remove all of it. Nice job!

Great Christmas light service! They do a great job and are quick to fix any issues related to weather conditions missing up the original setup.

They were professional, efficient and thorough. I especially liked that when they had a cancellation they called and moved me up in their schedule. A friendly team and all pro.

Very disappointed. I hired them to clean my roof but I still have debris as you can see on the roof. I should have read the reviews. Lesson learned. Would not use this company again or refer anyone to them. And this is the second time in two weeks they were cleaning the roof.

It was easy to make the appointment. Was here when they finished. I walked around the house with the person in charge. I found a couple of spots that they missed and we looked at them together and agreed that they could be cleaned better. So they did that. I went back out and everything looks great. Great work. Terrific Customer Service. And fair price.

LBL came highly recommended to us by a local roofing company. They were extremely efficient, from scheduling an estimate, to actually performing the work! The two gentlemen that cleaned the roof were excellent! Very personable and great at their jobs! The work came with a great warranty too! Highly recommend!

LBL was very communicative and responsive and sent several confirmations/reminders of my appointment. The technician, Sean, showed up right on time, with plenty of forewarning and was a pleasant, nice guy. He completed the wash of our house quickly and then invited me to inspect his work, and confirmed we were happy before he packed up his gear. The price was about the same as other businesses. I would definitely call them again if I needed. Also, the wash comes with a 1 year warranty, which is transferable if you sell your house (which we are, so that's great).

House and gutters looked great. Two very nice professional men did an outstanding job. Showed me the results to make certain I was pleased. Thank you for providing a much needed service.

Office staff was friendly and accommodating to my scheduling needs. Prompt response to my request for an estimate. Polite and careful workers arrived on time and treated my belongings with care. They did a good job cleaning my decks and porch.

Meh- not great, but they did show up (late). They provided the service I overpaid for. The verdict is still out on the plants ( I was watching- no pre rinse) and the new grass they trampled and when they rinsed my plants they blasted my flowers in pots? I'll be curious to see how it holds up. The pros- they show up (eventually- if you are waiting for them and are paid by the hour while waiting or using precious PTO, beware) and the house looks better (but not perfect). The cons- lots of bleach, on the high side for pricing (but they did respond and show up) and verdict is still out on the landscaping salvation.

The crew was professional and friendly. They cleaned the gutters quickly. One thing I wish would have been done is that what was cleaned out of the gutters would have been raked and bagged. Instead, the matter was spread in a flower bed

We had the pleasure of working with LBL to soft wash our home. Omar and his crew were professional and our home looks like the brand new build in 2022. Highly recommended to make your home look brand new.

LBL Softwash did a great job for us cleaning the outside of our house and roof. Three of our upstairs windows were left streaky and we could not get up to those windows so they came back and cleaned those windows for us.. I am 75 years old and and have a heart condition can't get up on a tall ladder any more. So glad there are companies that still help people in need. Thanks so much !!

Omar and his help were a pleasure to have over. I originally needed gutter filters due to close trees. I contacted Leaf Somebody and was quoted over $6000 for just filter guards! I had considered buying them myself and having them installed when I came across your company. I was able to purchase excellent gutter guards installed, have the front side of my roof cleaned (the back didn't need it), have my house exterior cleaned, have my driveway and curb cleaned, have my deck and pergola cleaned, and my shed cleaned for well under $6000!!!!
It's a shame that some companies pray on people. Our house looks great! Fair price for prompt, courteous, work. I felt bad for Omar up on the roof in 95° weather, but job well done! We will definitely recommend Omar and your company to our neighbors.
