The techs were very friendly and professional. I'm thinking the equipment is not as I hoped. The carpets are cleaner but not as deep clean as I like especially for a few hundred dollars. 5 stars for customer service, 4 stars for clean.

Not very impressed. The carpet looked a little better but not mine blowing... not as good as I expected. I'd choose another company for deep cleaning on harder spots next time. The 2 guys that came were very nice.
