I received a coupon for 150.00 for 3 rooms. I was quoted 279.00 for 3 rooms, walkin closet 10 ft hallway 15 stairwell. I was offered 10 % off. I feel the booking manager could have offered more.

Marc was amazing! Very professional and accommodating, very sure and confident! Very effective and efficient. Marc Had to come back out and clean over another technician’s work and what took two technicians to do Mark did by himself and did exquisite!

Chris & Logan did a great, professional job. They evaluated my system and determined best method to clean my ductwork was from the VERY HOT attic. They explained everything to me and kept me informed as the work proceeded. When they were done everything was clean & spotless like they had never been here. I would highly recommend using the trusted experts if you need air ducts cleaned. Stanley Steemer does more than carpets.

Wonderful customer service, had a stain from a spill in 2020. Totally removed it and cleaned the entire area that needed cleaned. Even left me industrial fans that dried the carpet faster

I DON’T recommend this business at all if you need a service to clean your carpet or floor, you are better off with any personal cleaning service themselves out there. They costed me over $1,000 for under 2 hours cleaning the filthy carpet of all 3 bedrooms and a downstairs wood floor. I called and made a complaint, they came out the next day to re-cleaning it but it’s not what I expected for what they charged me. Very disappointed, the manager has never returned my phone call to discuss. Worst customer service ever. 8 had to replace the carpet and wood floor after I spent $1018 for the worse Stanley Steemer company.

I have always heard about Stanley Steemer and I was so happy I decided to finally use their services.
Our couch ambas a couple huge spots on it from our dog and it was completely removed. And our area rug looks great.
The price was reasonable and the service was great! The scheduling was smooth quick and easy as well as having the service completed. I would definitely recommend them.

Both technicians were super friendly and professional. They knocked out cleaning two runs and two couches while my mom slept. A great surprise for her to see everything so clean and smelling fresh.

Ryan and JT were very professional and did an outstanding job cleaning and deodorizing my couches and area rug. Everything looks brand new. Couldn’t be happier with our service today and the staff were wonderful.

Call at 9:15, They had a service provider to my house around 1pm. Very nice guy. Quick service and the rugs look good so far. Paid $250 for four bedrooms, the Room over the garage and an 8x10 area rug in the living room.
