We are super happy with our Christmas lights! Our roof was too high for us to try to hang lights so we figured we would leave it up to the professionals. Levi and his crew did a wonderful job and our lights look amazing. Thank you so much!

Thank you LBL Softwash for doing an amazing job at my house! The technicians were respectful, kind, and friendly. From the sales representative, the office team, and to the leads it was the easiest process. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My justification for the rating. This was my first and last time I will choose the soft wash process, as it failed to equal the Five-hundred dollar plus price tag. The bird droppings that were on my home prior to the process still remain in the same exact place. As to the specifics of why, I cannot answer. Faulty product, faulty product application or just an oversight on the technicians part, although hard to miss being its on the front of my home but I'll give them benefit of the doubt. Lastly, the gate to my property left wide open allowing easy access to anyone. I had to depart for an appointment and was not on site during the cleaning process, but it was the first thing I noticed when I arrived back and the crew was gone.
But, on a positive, the office staff, sales staff and customer service personnel I spoke with prior to the cleaning process are outstanding. Friendly, helpful, when I called with a question, they did not hesitate to get me an answer.

I was given a time frame of 11:45-1:45 arrival . Did not arrive till 3:20 , no notice of delay arrival. when arriving spent alll of 10 min. on roof doing cleaning. Sticks and other debris visual in back gutters. I was not aware that gutter guards were in place.my late husband took care of home maintence , explained that for this reason he was not allow to do further cleaning. I am not please at all with final results .I got very little results for my $285.00 Carolyn Patterson

The detached garage and concrete looks good, however the cement around the side door of the attached garage was left very muddy and the gutters on the left side of the house (facing from the street) doesn’t appear to have been power washed. In all honesty I’m not sure if the gutters in the front and back of the house were done. There are patio blocks by the side door of the detached garage that butt up against the driveway to the side garage door that were untouched. I assumed they would have been power washed since they are part of a walkway, but I guess they weren’t considered as part of the power washing contract. Also the side door of the unattached garage wasn’t power washed and in my opinion that’s part of the garage. I found two brackets at the end of my driveway and I don’t have a clue where they came from. All in all I’m pleased with the majority of the work. I will call them again when I need anything power washed.

Ryan and his partner were very nice, quick and thorough with our roof cleaning. They answered quesrions I had and were a pleasure to work with. Definitely would use them again.

Brandon and Devin did a great job! They were on time, professional, and very thorough. They had great attention to detail and answered all my questions. I definitely feel they took the time to make sure the job was done correctly and did not rush.

LBL crew came in like professionals. They looked all around the area to be treated and sprayed water on surfaces . They removed the cushions on my porch and replaced them back when they finished. Everything was done with care . You could see the immediate results. Outstanding service.

Daniel and his co-worker did a fabulous job. The house looks so clean. They did a great job on the windows. They had to do one side twice because it was so dirty because it doesn't get sunlight. They had great attention to detail. Thanks again! My daughter's wedding reception was beautiful!

The LBL team did a really nice job cleaning the aggregate surface around my home. I would recommend them to anyone. I appreciated the prompt reschedule when things ran late the day before. Really good company to work with!

LBL soft washed our brick home including gutters, trim and window frames. They also power washed our aggregate driveway. Daniel Ross and his team did not rush through the job and performed all of their work a quality manner. They even went over some of the more difficult areas multiple times to insure they were as clean as possible. Overall, we're very pleased with the final results -- our property looks sparkling clean!

LBL Softwash provided a softwash for multiple homes in our residential condominium. In short, their service was amazing. They were thorough, they paid attention to the surroundings to insure that they did not damage plants, residents’ personal property and the detail they displayed was something that so many businesses in today’’s environment seem to have forgotten how to do.

And, most importantly, they arrived on time as promised. As I told the technicians, they performed at a level of 6 out of 5.

I had a slight issue, however they were pleasant and understanding. I received a callback the next day and my issue wad resolved. Customer service was excellent. I would use them again. The techs were also nice and professional.

The installation of the lights on my home was fast, efficient, and very professional. Omar was punctual, respectful, and made sure everything was done perfectly. I highly recommend their services.

I’m extremely happy with my experience with LBL. Their sales rep, Matthew, was extremely easy to work with & did a terrific job following up. My house looks sensational. It had some decent mildew on the siding and that stuff is gone. Same with the porch…what a strong handshake when people come over.

As you can see from the photos this business skipped all areas they did not think we as the customer would not see or did not think we would check behind them. Please do not use this company. They took us for over $4000 for a sloppy job. Mold was to be removed on house, decks and roofs and gutters cleaned. As you can see it was not done!

LBL is very responsive to their customer's needs & tries to accommodate any concerns. The outcome of my lights is beautiful. My only negative comment is that it took 3 visits to get my lights hung as they didn't allow enough time to hang the first time scheduling my home late in the afternoon. The sales person also didn't deliver as promised. My recommendation is to have everything written down prior to signing. Otherwise great service. Someone even answers the phone!
