The gentlemen who showed up to clean our carpets were professional, well informed, and did a great job of sharing relevant knowledge for the jobs we needed them to do. They were aware of the space they were working in and thoughtful and informative about how their work may affect surroundings. They were honest about the results, didn’t over promise but definitely exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend and will absolutely be calling back for my next cleaning and requesting the same service techs!
Only thing I regret is NOT taking a before photo so that you could tell the incredible improvement!!

Anthony and Santiago were super, polite, and very professional. They cleaned and spot treated carpets in three rooms, steam cleaned a loveseat and two additional Rocker Recliners, and deodorized the three furniture pieces within a two-hour time period. Everything looks and smells squeaky-clean! Great Job fellas! Very Satisfied Customer!!!

SMH....The tech that cleaned the carpet and Sofa was a Good guy and did Good Work!! He was on time, Courteous and Obviously KNEW What He was doing!!
Unfortunately probably won't be using them too much later, Too Expensive for just cleaning a Sofa and the Living room.

Very professional staff. However the cleaning was sub par, so I called back after 24 hours. The follow up from customer service was outstanding. They came the next day, cleaned my sectional sofa again eliminating all the dog odor (4 dogs) and it looks brand new again! Stanley Steamer stands behind their customer satisfaction guarantee, and went above and beyond to make the wife happy!

Technicians went above and beyond to ensure dryer vent was hooked up correctly and dryer lint was removed from inside the dryer. This service was extremely more thorough than our regular dryer vent contractor.

Would highly recommend to any homeowner!

I've used other carpet cleaning services before which were cheaper. I truly recommend Stanley Steamer the detail of their work is far superior. I'm extremely pleased how good the carpet looks.

Today was my first time using Stanley Steemer & it will not be the last! I had the pleasure of meeting Joe & Chance who were the most nicest men & did a TERRIFIC job at upholstery cleaning my sofa. They not only cleaned it, they also protected & deodorized. I will absolutely request Joe & Chance again for my future furniture cleanings.

Brenden and Aidan were remarkable. They arrived on time and were polite and professional throughout. My carpets look great with many of the stains removed. I would not hesitate in the future to use Stanley steamer again especially if those two technicians did the work.

I have been a loyal Stanley Steemer customer for nearly 15 years, and this most recent service only reinforced why I continue to trust your company. Logan was originally scheduled to come out to clean my dryer vent but due to a last-minute change from my apartment complex that service was no longer needed.

During the visit, Logan took the time to discuss the condition of my air ducts. As a former homeowner, I understand the importance of maintaining clean air ducts. However, since I now live in an apartment, I would not have considered having them cleaned myself. After taking a look, it was clear they had not been cleaned in quite some time.

Logan did an excellent job explaining the condition of the ducts and the importance of maintaining clean air for overall health and comfort. There was no pressure—just clear, professional, education and guidance. Because breathing clean air is important to me, I decided to move forward with having the air ducts cleaned.

We are visiting Virginia Beach taking care of our 18m old grandson while my daughter and son in law are at the hospital having their second baby. As a gift I needed their carpets sanitized and steam cleaned and Stanley Steemer was the only one with openings today to get it done before they are released tomorrow. Chance was our guy and he was polite, courteous, and very friendly! He got everything done I asked for in less than an hour before we had to head to the airport to pick up my son. Thanks so much!
