Great service. Showed up on time. They came to work! There wasn’t no sitting around. They started of my carpet within five minutes after arriving. I’m very satisfied with their service. Stains were removed from carpet that others couldn’t get removed. I would recommend them to everyone!

If you really want your carpets clean call DR Spot. The owner oversees each job and ensures you are happy with the results. Traffic patterns and stains are gone for good. Carpets look fresh and new.

We are first time homeowners and we have previously lived in apartments so I've always had to clean the carpets myself, so this is my first time hiring a professional carpet cleaner. This was by far the best experience! He came right in and went right to work! He looked around asked about certain stains that were in the carpet and proceeded to clean the carpet. Once he was finished he asked me to take a look at the carpet and I was in shock! I almost cried (I'm a cry baby!) but it was just that clean it reminded me of when we first moved in! After I looked at the carpet we discussed the importance of carpet cleaning and he gave me some very good information in regards to the carpet and how often it should be cleaned, how many times a week you should vacuum your carpet and that it's also important to keep your carpet clean if anyone in your home suffers from asthma or allergies. He is also very responsive to answering calls and responding on Facebook. I would definitely hire this company again (I actually did for downstairs).

Absolutely terrible! Terrible service! Was not on time not even close. Tried to rush through the job just to get it done “We have a busy day today” and then wants to charge me for additional services, treatments after we already discussed what the pricing was going to be. Carpets were dirty but nothing significant! They show up and begin cleaning and not even 45 minutes later they are done...

Some how my bill nearly doubled.
Jumped almost $89 dollars!!!
These scammers are just trying to get fast money and get out! I do not recommend at all.

Their are plenty of carpet cleaning companies out there. Choose another! These are a bunch of scammers!

I tried leave a comment on the Facebook Page but they deleted my comment and prevented/blocked me from commenting anymore.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Carpets came out clean but for the price they could have looked a whole lot better!
