I had an appointment schedule, in which something came up and they easily let me push it back. Adam showed up on time, was very friendly and helpful and did an excellent job. I had some red spot and pet stains I was sure weren’t coming out but Adam got them out(first 3 pics are stains, last 2 are after clean). I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them!

The Service Tech was professional, detailed, and prompt. My carpet had red stains that I assumed were permanent but he was able to remove them. I refuse to use any other company for my carpet cleaning needs. I’m extremely pleased with the results!

I operate a recording studio out of my home in Virginia Beach and I found that my expensive recording equipment was collecting an unusual amount of dust, almost a sticky, filmy dust that was difficult to wipe off. I traced it to the source. It was blowing straight from the ceiling vent. I called Vital Vents Duct Cleaners for an air duct cleaning to save my studio.

They had found that the filter at the return air vent was not properly secured. This means bypass dirt had been sitting in the trunk line for years. They cleaned everything out and resealed the entire filter housing. Ever since my air duct cleaning, the air in my studio is fresh, my equipment is dustless and the studio no longer gets that stuffy feel after extended sessions.

Ashton, Hunter 1 and Hunter 2 did a great job. It was the hottest day of the year so far, yet they did my roof, gutter and house cleaning without complaint. The house looks great, and my decks are sparkling! Very happy with my result. They also said if I have any dirty patches visible once roof dried completely, to just call them and they'll do a touch up clean.

Neptune sent a nice young gentleman out within a week of my first call for a quote (super fast quote and *very* affordable pricing). They did a quick and excellent job on our 2-story house (white!). Payment was easy and we’ve signed on for two more years (optional opportunity with even better pricing). I wish we had done this last year instead of trying to do it ourselves :)

My house needed a washing badly, it had been about three years since the last one. I called Neptune Clean and they were available a few days later. Even better, they were the best price out of the several companies I called. They came out and did a fantastic job. The house siding looks brand new, the gutters and trim are as white as when they were installed. I will certainly use them again and recommend you do as well.
