WOW--I never knew our house could look so bright and clean! We've tried pressure washing our home ourselves for years but never really saw a dramatic improvement on our white house. Some of the grime was just too tough for our store-bought machine. Finally decided to try a professional and was recommended this company. HUGE difference, it looks like our siding is brand new!! Our neighbors keep stopping by to tell us how great it looks!

For my first time hiring a professional pressure washing crew I am blown away. They were able to quote me over the phone, service wash scheduled within two weeks, and I would be totally unable to get things done this well on my own.

I reached out to a few places to have my home soft washed my deck cleaned and to have my gutters cleared and flushed. The quote provided by Neptune was quick and significantly less than the others I received. I went with them and they were able to take care of it in a reasonable amount of time. I was sent a text when they were to arrive and sent pictures and a text when they were done since I was not home. My husband was thoroughly satisfied with the work! We are going to definitely look into using them for a few other things we need done. The quoting and invoicing process via text was also very cool and modern and made it easy for me to respond between my busy work schedule. Nothing short of amazing! I've had other companies come by and scoop out our gutters, leaving mess and dirty marks all around for us to clean. NEPTUNE clean did an AMAZING job! They cleaned out the gutters quickly and then cleaned the area around including the side of the house that left dirty marks! The showed up at their appointed time, covered my ring camera and deadbolt and got to work. They cleaned the front and side of the house, and the driveway - all while I wasn’t at home. HCJ has been the best pool service provider I have worked with. I purchased my home in 2021 and it came with a pool for which I had no records or information. After working with a couple other pool companies over the years I was introduced to HCJ last year and let me tell you they have been absolutely amazing. First and foremost the best thing they've done is educate me on the workings of the pool and equipment like nobody else has ever done. After a pump failure last year they walked me through their recommendation for a new pump going into details about how the new equipment would interact with the old setup and showing me how to work the new equipment. I had an immediate reduction in my electric bill and the pump works great. This season they are helping upgrade the filter and heater. After an problem with freezing over the winter they got my pool back into tip-top shape and ready for swimming. They do quality work, do not leave anything undone, and are not afraid to stay until they are sure everything is in good order.

I scheduled a pool school lesson with HCJ and it was well worth the reasonable price to be able to have somebody with professional pool knowledge come out. The technician, Bryan, was knowledgeable and experienced. He answered my questions on things ive noticed with my pool system and went over standard pool operating topics.
