Josh was just the guy we needed. We just moved into our house midsummer, and the fireplace was kicking out a lot of heat, making the home very uncomfortable. He was prompt in his response to our initial phone call, and very easy to schedule with. The fix ended up being a simple one - but he took the extra time to explain the workings of the gas line and answer all of my questions. Our family is so grateful! We will definitely be calling him again for our future needs.

Josh did an excellent job! He was timely, professional and had excellent communication. He even took pictures to show the results.

Our dryer had been having moisture on the inside but we discovered it was not the unit but the dryer ventilation was restricted due to a clog.

The dryer works great now and we have peace of mind that we’re not at risk of a fire.

Josh was awesome. Super professional, prompt, thorough, and didn’t try to nickel and dime us. Came in to service our dryer vent and chimney and even ended up doing a slight repair for us at no additional cost. Cannot recommend him enough!

We have used Steam Pro for years. They always do a good job & make sure to clean up afterwards.

Very Unprofessional would recommend not to use them. Overpriced on all the services. Use someone else in the area there are tons of them. Please do no use them SCAM SCAM.

Unhappy with carpet stretching. Did not stretch entire carpet, from walk to wall. Only touched area with visible wrinkles. This was not what was explained when we originally contracted.

Shady owner shady work oddly enough prices change per customer and what’s even more odd is offering services you can’t legally offer... board of labor is always watching also should treat your hard working employees better they might all come work for somebody else 😉

I use steam pro at all of my restaurants for hood cleaning, carpet cleaning and pressure washing jobs. They are by far the most professional and best company when it comes to getting the job done.

Hands down the best carpet cleaners around the area. Great communication through the entire process before hand and when they got here they were super friendly, knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. The carpets came out amazing! Can’t recommend this company enough.

These guys are very responsive. It’s almost like they can predict my call to them and already have me on the schedule. I used to get three bids for this work but stopped wasting my time. Low price and high quality usually don’t exist together but it does with Steam Pro.

I had a horrible experience on the interstate with one of there drivers. I took pictures of the truck and driver. He was driving over 80 miles per hour, changing lanes, and cutting people off. I was very upset with how fast he was driving in a company vehicle. He could’ve caused a accident, he caused me to slam on my brakes.

I cant say enough good things about the customer service from steampro. The employees/techs are always punctual, informative, and extremely helpful. Theyve been working with us to fix a problematic smell coming from our vents, and everyone has gone above and beyond trying to help us with this cursed smell. Hopefully Ill be able to update this review saying the smell is gone, but either way the repeat efforts from steampro are appreciated. Special shoutout to Pat, who always offers prompt service.

Steam Pro has been a partner for several years now. Mike and his team do great work. We use them for hood cleaning and floor cleaning for our 8 locations. I’d recommend them without hesitation. You won’t be disappointed.

Can’t imagine the lack of integrity a company must have with expired license tags for OVER a year. Doesn’t help the driver doesn’t understand zippering with traffic entering the interstate. Likely wouldn’t have noticed their lawlessness otherwise.
