I had Will come out from Master Cleaning and I am beyond grateful for his service. We explained the issues we were concerned with and Will was confident that he could remove the strings and get the Carpets clean. After he was finished the rugs were perfect. Will was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend him and Master Cleaning LLC to everyone.

Received a coupon in the mail for $89.99 for up to 5 rooms or 2 rooms for $49.99. I wasn't looking to pay more than $100 for the 2 rooms and stairs that I wanted clean. Once the guy arrived he then tells me to actually clean the carpet would be an additional $75! That the coupon was only for steaming them. These people are so misleading with their advertising that the guy already knew what was going to happen since offering cleaning products were the first words out of his mouth instead of a greeting. Since furniture was already moved we went to Home Depot to rent the Rug Dr machine for $40 and did it ourselves. Poor communication and very misleading with your specials. ASK FOR DETAILS BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME WITH AN APPT.

I felt scammed today. I made the appointment to clean my vents after witnessing my neighbors appointment. My appointment was three day later with another salesman from the same company. However, the name on the truck was different. I young man did not want to clean my vents. He wanted to only clean my return line and charge me more money. We could not agree so he went his way. I reported the situation to the company. However, the company management has not replied.

Do not use. The picture below after they cleaned. I noticed my run was not as clean as I would of liked so I went behind them with my own machine to touch it up. I did not expect for it to look like basically nothing was done. Very disappointed. I feel scammed out of $265.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I booked this company to clean the carpets at both of my properties. For the first appointment, the tech shows up on time and sits in his truck on his phone for about 15mins. Never called nor came to the door. During the time he was he was outside, i received a delivery, to which i opened my door, and the guy was still sitting in his truck on his phone. I walk away for about 5 mins to put away my groceries and i come back and he’s gone. I call the main office and the lady that picked up no help at all. She said the guy told her he called me and rang the doorbell and i wasnt home, which was absolutely incorrect! I had been home since 8am and this issue happened at 930am. The manager called me and said the same thing. Neither of them apologized for this huge inconvenience, instead my only option was to have someone come out in the afternoon since “I wasnt home when he came”. Absolutely unbelievable and EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Will was the representative that deep cleaned the carpet. He did a fantastic job and was very professional and polite. I told him what needed to be done and he examined the areas and quoted the price. After he was done, the carpet looked clean and smelled fresh. Great job Will!!

Great company, on time professional did 4 rooms in about 1.5 hours carpet was dry on 4 hours. We have really old original carpet (25+) and had a musty smell. Took out the yellowing stains and smells great. Very professional

The time window was from 1-3, he arrived after 5. I feel like he seemed rushed. The work wasn’t of great quality. My carpet seems to be lifted in some areas and snagged. When he was finished, dirty water was dumped in my driveway. I’d planned on getting the rest of my home done in phases, but I’m not
so sure I will be utilizing their services again. The communication wasn’t there at all, I had to repeatedly call and reach out when no one showed up at the scheduled time. There’s also a huge language barrier with the one on the phone as well as the technician. The following day, “Mike” reached out asking about how my services went, when I responded with my issues; I could see that it was read but no response was returned.

First off I love the text service, as they text you an appointment reminder, let you know when they are on the way, billing and payment can be done through text, as well as receipt. Very convenient. I was able to get an estimate appointment within 48 hours and scheduled the cleaning same day as estimate was given. I am very pleased how clean my carpets turned out and how quick and professional Willard was. I would not only use this company again, I would also recommend it to friends and family to use.
