We have dealt with a couple different pool companies and this company is the best by far! Mike educated my husband and I on our pool setup and was very friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

HCJ was extremely quick to get someone on site (Brian) who knows what he is doing! Would have had to wait weeks just to get a tech to diagnose my issue from 3 other local companies.

We are a military family that rent our home with a inground pool. Bryan and Sarah are absolutely amazing! We use them for regular pool service as well as pool repairs. They are professional, knowledgeable extremely personable and they do a fantastic job. I honestly cannnot recommend them enough!

HCJ Pool has been a fantastic company to work with on my pool. We had an entire change out of pool/spa equipment and lighting and they did a super job. Some of this retrofit was a bit tricky but they were able to deliver on what they promised. From both the office staff to the pool technicians, everyone is pleasant and professional and their communications is superlative. There were a couple of minor hiccups (more equipment related than their fault) and theywere extremely responsive to include answering my calls/texts in off-hour time. Great timeliness; run a clean job site; and answer all questions. I could not be any happier to have used them. I firmly believe if giving honest reviews and can say that I have found nothing on the negative side with HCJ Pools. They will not only get a good review with anyone that I speak to but I plan to actively promote them with anyone that needs pool/spa retrofit or new installation.

Brian & Marqis did a splendid job in replacing my old DE filter with a sand filter & re-routing the supply pipes & valves. Worked a straight 4 hours to complete the job. Explained the process & steps to me. Looking forward to doing business with HCJ Pools. Jim Stallings

I needed a new pool service company and could not be happier that I found HCJ Pool Services. They have been so responsive to every issue that I needed addressed. I had Marquis here within one day of my initial call to give me estimates for a new pool cover & weekly pool servicing. He checked out other equipment & made corrections to the settings on the salt system. Advised on what to do about a spa issue. A couple of days later Bryan was here taking measurements for the cover with the full cost in hand & news that closing my pool would be free since I was ordering the cover & that was a special they had going. I left on a planned trip before the cover arrived but HCJ was able to add my pool to the schedule for maintenance while I was gone and I was surprised that they remembered by return date & added me to the closing schedule for the day after my return to assure I was taken care of. I couldn't be more pleased with everyone. I don't want to leave out Sarah, the office manager, who is very efficient at getting things scheduled, invoices sent out & follow up information provided. I highly recommend this pool service and look forward to an ongoing relationship with them in the coming seasons.
