Will was excellent and very professional with his work and customer service skills. He made sure at the end of the cleaning of my carpet that I was satisfied. I will definitely use Will and his company again.

Will was awesome and really went above and beyond for us! The end result was unbelievable...made the carpet look brand new, which was beyond what we thought possible, and Will really took the time and care to make sure it was done right. Would highly recommend!

Some times, I am skeptical about using companies who are not a popular name brand company. I must say that my experience with Master clean was very enriching. The carpet technician, Will did an amazing job cleaning my carpet. We had a family gathering this past weekend, and we received so many compliments on how well our carpet looked. I will definitely use this companies services agan.

I received a Master Cleaning coupon from Valpak in the mail. Their prices are very competitive as compared to other carpet cleaning companies. The appointment was between 11-1pm. Willard, from Master Cleaning, called prior to arriving at 11am. I greatly appreciate him giving me a call prior to arrival as it allowed me time to pick everything up from the floor as I could. The ones I couldn’t carry by my self, Willard was nice enough to help carry it with me and place it on top of my bed; off my carpet…I also greatly appreciate him arriving on time as I have had bad experience before from other companies not showing up at all at specified appointment day and time. Willard did a great job cleaning our carpets, and he was also able to remove the stains from one of our room. With this experience and customer care , I highly recommend Master Cleaning.

Will is THE GUY to call!!! I needed my air ducts cleaned because they were terrible. I haven’t had them cleaned in over five years. Not only did Will do the job, he literally got all of the dirt and dust from inside. He’s super cool and easy to talk to. Call him to help you for anything. You won’t be disappointed. Promise!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid to have carpet cleaned as part of my regular spring clean. It looks as if they never touched it. The tech which was sent out missed an entire room , and when he returned it looked like he just splashed water on the spot and left. Unless you want to through money down the drain I would not dare use this company. I paid a large amount for this…. Run from this company don’t walk. They don’t even desire a one star rating.

Found this place by accident but so glad we did! Will was amazing, got here early, went above and beyond for us and very affordable! Our carpets have NEVER looked so good, we had some pet stains and some high traffic spots but after Will got done you cant tell at all. I highly recommend Will and Master Cleaning for ALL your carpet needs. We will defiantly be repeat customers!

Will did a great job cleaning my vents! Was very accommodating to my animals and listened to my specific needs and wasn't judgemental of my space at all!

Today, I had my air ducts cleaned by Master Cleaning and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The Technician, Will, arrived on time. He was friendly and extremely professional. He took the time to explain the entire process, answering all of my questions patiently. I was impressed with his attention to detail and the difference in air quality is noticeable. The pricing was fair, and I believe it was well worth the investment for the quality of service provided.

I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Will from Master Cleaning today. The day started off with Will texting me with an ETA and arriving on time. From the time we met, II saw how
personable and polite he was. I had a full day of work for him: complete house vent cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and cleaning of 2 pieces of furniture at our new home. He quickly got to work. We soon discovered how dirty the heating/cooling vents were. Will took it in stride and worked nonstop until the job was finished. Next came the dryer vent, which turned out to be seriously clogged Another success for Will. Finally, Will cleaned our furniture, and it now looks great. Throughout the day, Will showed genuine concern for the outcome of the jobs. I am extremely satisfied with Will's work and would recommend him and Master Cleaning, LLC to anyone.

I requested a dryer vent cleaning and called to have them come after four. They were prompt and timely. When Will came over, he explained in detail what was expected and the cost… no hidden fees. He explained everything. Once agreed, he started and showed me how bad my dryer vent was. So glad I called them to come on by. The whole time, he was friendly and professional. As he headed out, he went through the payment process and it was very easy. Look forward to working with them again.

Definitely worth the money! Will was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job! Obviously these vents have never been cleaned so it was a lot of work for him! If you think yours need to be done don’t hesitate and call!

Really great company, the gentleman named Will was professional and helpful. He actually came earlier than my scheduled time, which was a plus. Carpet was cleaned and looked 10 times better than I expected. Especially seeing how old the carpet is in my home.

Will did an AWESOME job cleaning our carpets abs our area rugs. We have two dogs (1 us a puppy) and had some stains and odors. He removed ALL of them. We are very impressed and definitely would recommend him and the company.

They were unable to hold my appointment twice. On the day the technician finally showed up, he was two hours early from the agreed upon time. That wound up being a good thing because the process took 90 minutes longer than advertised. During our walk-through, he did not understand some of the things that I told him about previous duct cleanings and the fact that we used to have two furnaces. During the process it became clear that they were going to remove each register and cold air return. The technician asked me to move a few pieces of furniture so that he could get to the units but did not indicate that he needed more space on the others. When he was working in the living room where I was seated, he shoved the sofa next to me into a side table which then ran into the window. Thankfully nothing broke. I even said at that point, “excuse me?” He had no response. He was unable to remove the screws from two of the cold air returns in one room. He just skipped those units. He broke the molding that went around one register, broke our mailbox, broke a piece of tile off of the wall in our master bathroom, and generally left a mess wherever he worked. So much of this was frustrating, but the most frustrating part was the fact that he argued with me about the last time we had our ducts cleaned. Through the entire interaction, it became clear that he was not happy dealing with me as a woman. I wound up letting my husband handle the transaction at the end. We could not get rid of him fast enough.
We will not be using the service ever again.

The tech, Will, was fantastic—he kept me updated on his arrival time and showed up promptly. Not only was he friendly, but he also did a perfect job with the cleaning.
