Will came out was VERY professional he was fast and courteous and did a GREAT job. We have 7 kids so you can imagine the mess they make and the carpet looked brand new. I will definitely be using them again on a regular basis

Will came out and cleaned our air ducts and dryer vent. He did an awesome job on everything. We are so happy! He was a professional from start to finish. He called me when he was on the way and he worked tirelessly until the job was done. He made sure to keep his feet clean and our house clean! Our dryer vent was pretty clogged and he worked hard to get everything unclogged! Can’t say enough about his service and also the care he showed to our home. Thank you Will!

This is what my house looks like after a house wash from Master Cleaning. Their tech was obviously not knowledgeable on the proper equipment and techniques to avoid damage. I am trying to resolve the damage with the company. Hopefully can update this review after successful resolution.

Edit: 7 months later and still never contacted by Master Cleaning. I had to file suit. Stay far away.

not as great as previous cleaning. the carpet in certain spots stayed wet for almost 2 days, the stairs were soaked as you can see.in the photos that's water not dirt. The guy was more concerned about adding additional items to my bill instead of cleaning properly. probably wont use them again

The technician Willard was super friendly, on time and got the job done in record time. I highly recommend this company for their carpet cleaning and for 60 dollars for 2 rooms you can't beat it. 5/5 stars

Will took great care of our house carpet! We haven’t had it done since we built the house 7 years ago and it looks like we have new carpet!

BLUF: Master Cleaning LLC is my go to for all Carpet, upholstery, air duct and tile needs.

Had my service scheduled 1200-2pm on a Friday for a sofa and 3 BR/ hallway. My technician, Will, is extremely knowledgeable in his craft. He was able to take out some troubled pet stains in my master bedroom and had my carpets looking like they had just been installed. I couldn’t ask for more and I highly recommend.

I am hoping that I can take this down once I receive a call from management, but this is how my furniture was left after “cleaning”. Stained with streaks of soap and soaking wet after 2 days of drying, smelling of mold. I’m beyond disappointed with this quality of work for 250 dollars paid and empty promises of “like new” furniture made. This stuff is a year old and looks worse!

UPDATE: Over a year later, I finally get a response from this owner! I’m laughing hysterically! If that isn’t enough for y’all to choose another place, I truly don’t know what is. Countless phone calls and emails and no response and a year later responding to a bad review? Embarrassing, to say the least. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!

My technicians was Will and Komil! The service was excellent from start to finish! They arrived right on time, introduced themselves, and immediately got to work. The team was friendly, professional, and efficient, making the whole process quick and stress-free. My vents are spotless, and I can already tell the difference in the air quality. Highly recommend their services!

PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND HIRE A BETTER CARPET CLEANING COMPANY. CHECK THE REVIEWS ON FACEBOOK. I WISH I WOULD HAD BEFORE HIRING THEM.

We hired Master Clean to clean to do a move out carpet clean. The tech recommended an upgraded service which was supposed to remove 80-90% of the stains as their standard carpet clean does not remove any stains (per the tech). When opt in the additional fees, we were expecting the carpet to have a pet deodorizer as well as the stains to be removed. Per their website, the are experts in removing stains. After the tech cleaned the carpet, it was HORRIBLE. Several dark spot were let in the carpet and the pet deodorizer was not done. When calling to speak with the Manager, he sent the tech back out, only for him to spray something on the carpet as a pet deodorizer but, never go over the carpet again. I had to hire another company to come clean the carpet and they were able to clean it properly and remove the pet order. When speaking to the manager about my situation the day he sent the tech back out, he stated that he was going to refund $26 for the "treatment" portion and once we had someone else out and showed the proper cleaning, he would then refund the full "treatment" amount. After sending him pictures of the 2nd cleaning, he then changed his mind and went back on his word. The website advertises 100% customer service but, they to don't uphold that. The receipt also said to let them know if it needs to be re-clean, we let him know in 2 days and he did not honor this as well. The manager also blocked my number as well.

It is truly frustrating that your response is NOT truthful. My husband agreed to an upgraded services and tipped the tech very well which goes again your “do it cheap” statement. When I called to ask if he was going to do it again, you told me no, even though your receipt says differently. When I last spoke with you, said that you would not be refunding me anything even though you said you would in our previous conversation which is what lead me to warn other customers about your horrible business practices. Numerous times in both of our conversations, I said that I would like to try to work with you regarding the bad cleaning job but you refused. I also tried to call you back and the call continued to go straight to voice mail, thus indicating that my number was blocked.

Will did a great job cleaning my carpet??? They look fantastic… worth getting them cleaned. Will was very polite and showed up for the appointment on time. Even gave me a text when he was on his way. Also vacuumed my dryer vent! Great job. I would definitely use him again.

I came across this company through a mail out, thinking I was going to be able to get the carpets cleaned at a specific price. The tech came out and said it only includes just steaming, which is odd since I showed it should also include a disinfecting deodorizer so I would think that means a cleaning agent is included. To include the cleaning portion, it ended up doubling the price which felt pretty misleading. It would have been nice to be forwarned on this when making the appointment, instead of when they arrive after the house was prepped for the cleaning and plans made to be home at that defined time. However, they did a good job cleaning the carpet so I am happy with their work, just not thrilled about the hidden cost and lack of upfront transparency.

UPDATE: looks like they ended up messing up one of my rooms. I called to see if I could get a technician out to give some advice, I am not a carpet expert but they should be, and all they kept saying was its been longer than a week. I wasn't asking for a free recleaning, I just wanted to know what could be done to fix it. The call center seems to be outsourced, which could be the lack of caring. Between the hidden fees, poor customer care, and price, I would not recommend this company.

If you want to be pissed and annoyed all day use this company. This is their work that their reviews are giving 5 stars for. Next time you get a coupon for carpet cleaning expect a cold sopping wet floor with water bleeding through your feet. Cold water might I add.There are more pictures but I will post the rest when I have time there are too many to post.

Update: they just put a response at the bottom 35 minutes ago after arguing with me about not being able to assist with the problem. LOL they are a joke. They know how to call me but responded to my review to “make it right” don’t respond to my review just give me my money back

DO NOT USE THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT*** Horrible experience!!! These people totally ruined my area rug and refused to compensate me to replace it. Trust I’ll be taking this further!
