Jeff was on time, professional, and honest. It was my first time hiring a service for carpet cleaning and I trusted them after 30 seconds of interaction. I will be calling them for carpet cleaning services 6 months from now, they have gained a loyal customer.

Adam did amazing on my carpet! He was able to get a make up stain out on my carpet as well. Loved how fast he worked, but throughly did his job. Adam did such an awesome job I tipped over 25%! Our first time using a carpet cleaning service and will definitely use again!

This is our 2nd time using Dr Spot cleaning services for our 3 bedrooms and staircase and doorway! We have 2 little ones and there's stains and markers and crayons you name it we have it! The owner is so meticulous and fast and efficient! Clean it perfectly! My husband said no one does better than he did! We surely will hire his company to clean our carpets! This company is reliable, responsive! We messaged the company on Facebook messenger late last night at about 11pm and they came to work at 10:30 and finished up by noon! Reasonable price! Worth every penny!

It was super easy to make an appointment with them. Quick to respond and give me an estimate. Affordable and great work. Great communication between the appt and reminders. The guy that showed up was friendly and very polite. He did a great job with the entire carpet upstairs. Highly recommend.

Jeff and team were awesome from start to finish. The appt process was so seamless and I regularly got updates about their arrival. Jeff was thorough in his cleaning of our couch and very knowledgeable about stain removal and ongoing care moving forward. I felt like he and crew did their very best to ensure a great service. He saw a few spots on our carpet which is not the service i hired him for but he went above and beyond to spot clean those areas too. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Prices are beyond reasonable. They are great with my kiddos to wanting to help… and they love on Chase just as much.

I called Dr. Spot to help me clean carpet after my tenant's dog had his way with the carpet. I appreciated so much that the technician was honest and let me know that it was impossible to clean the smell out of the carpet. He helped me with purchasing and installing new carpet for that area then cleaned the rest of the carpet. The carpet they cleaned now looks brand new and smells great. The new carpet matches and looks great.

Adam did an excellent job cleaning the family room carpet. Multiple spots of dirt, play dough, clay has come off. I am grateful I called and made a decision of calling this company. They did good, but asked for a tip and left the carpet super wet. We got the job done from the owner and it was a bit pricy. Got 3 rooms and hallway done.
