Matthew was great. We scheduled our visit and they were able to come out sooner due to a cancelation. He was very thorough and was very pleasant to work with. He recommended repairs vice trying to push a replacement sale on our older unit.

Premier just finished replacng a 46 year old fireplace insert and flue without any damage or replacement required to the existing hearth, mantle, or brick work above. John and John both did great work and it was a pleasure to watch their meticulous attention to detail. Great job guys!

I had excellent and exceptionally polite service this morning from Premier Chimney and Roofing's technicians Ryan and Justin. Ryan assessed the situation, which did involve a small gas leak, and he repaired it promptly. He and Justin then went on to clean and service my gas fireplace and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Repair services for ventless fireplace. Inspected and cleaned the unit and diagnosed and repaired issue with the remote. Two techs, arrived on time and were knowledgeable and courteous. Entirely satisfied.

They were very professional and upfront about all possible costs. They were also very transparent with the condition of my chimney. Their prices are higher than some of the companies I spoke to and lower than others. I chose not to use the companies with the lower cost. You get what you pay for. I highly recommend them

My gas fireplace stopped working. I called Premier Chimney and Roofing and a couple of knowledgeable men came out and got my fireplace working again in no time. Both gentlemen were courteous and instantly knew how to fix the problem I was having. I highly recommend this company.

Chimney companies come and go all the time and Quality of work can be Questionable? Premier has been taking care of my house with two different chimneys, one for fireplace and another for boiler which runs 24/7 all year long for the last SEVEN YEARS and feel very confident in any recommendations they suggest I need to keep my house safe. Their work is far superior to other companies. In addition they use the newest technologies and equipment and follow up on their work with you the customer. Have built fireplace in the past and my uncle use to build CUSTOM fire places, so you can take this REVIEW TO THE BANK!!!

The technician, (Matt), arrived at the exact scheduled time. He introduced himself in the driveway with a warm handshake and a big smile. Perhaps some readers will think this is not important, but it is to me. Those small gestures say a lot about someone's character and their customer service skills.

Matt explained the process and all the possible outcomes. The chimney cleaning itself took about 45 minutes and then he used a high-tech camera to inspect the entire interior of the firebox and the chimney. During the inspection Matt encouraged me to watch the video monitor with him, so I could see the actual condition of the chimney in real time.

From the video presentation I could see that the chimney was now very clean. Unfortunately for me, the inspection also revealed that the chimney and firebox were both in very poor condition and will require extensive repairs to be made. I'm grateful to have this information because I would never have realized that my fireplace is not safe to use in its present condition.

I cannot say enough about the services that Premier Chimney and Roofing provided me or about the professional way the entire visit was handled.

The technician/owner Matthew was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He provided an in the report on the chimney and cleaned it well. When we told him it was our first time using a chimney. He provided education as well as information on future work that needs to happen. Highly recommend.
