I am beyond pleased with Premier Chimney and Roofing. They are honest, professional and experts at their craft. I had repairs to both fireplaces and a new gas log system installed and it turned out great! It is refreshing to have a team of experts who pride themselves on their craft and the service they deliver. I can’t say enough how great the whole team at Premier Chimney are. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for chimney service, repair or updates. Will absolutely be using their service again!

Scheduling was extremely easy online. I had multiple reminders prior to the appointment to include a heads up call 20 min out. They could not have been more professional and technically proficient. I had a horrible experience with Brogans before (late arrival, not having equipment). Premiere is the Gold standard in the Hampton roads area now

My gas fireplace suddenly stopped working. We found Premier Chimney on line and took a shot. The technician, Matthew was knowledgeable, professional and very thorough. He and his partner did a great job cleaning out the chimney and did their best to get my log set up and running.Unfortunately, it was beyond repair. They did offer a solution to replace it and that part of the job will be done on the 19th. Once completed I will post before and after photos. Based on my experience with this company thus far, I am not anticipating any problems. I would totally recommend 100% .

We are very happy with the work done by Ryan and CJ. Their assignment was to re-install the logs and lava rocks for an existing gas fireplace that had been disassembled to be cleaned and re-painted. Both Ryan and CJ were very professional and polite. They also provided guidance on how to best manage and maintain our gas fireplace. Premier Chimney provided a crown repair and water repellent on a fifty-five year old chimney. Justin was courteous, thorough and professional in accomplishing the work.

The entire process was painless. The two technicians that came out, Ryan and CJ were excellent. They were courteous and timely. The automated systems were excellent for the appointment. Payment was easy. They did a very good job and were very informative. I got a full inspection report with photos and recommendations. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

The technicians, Cedric and Ryan, texted me ahead of time with their ETA, arrived promptly, and put on shoe covers before stepping inside. They laid down a floor cover and left the area spotless—you wouldn’t have known they’d been there!

I was very happy with my experience getting my gas fireplace cleaned and my chimney inspected. They did an awesome job cleaning up before during and after. I couldn’t have asked for a more respectful and courteous technician

The technicians were very, knowledgeable and professional. Ryan and Cedric serviced my gas fireplace, fixed the issue I was having as well as answered all of my questions in the process. I randomly googled and selected this company...glad I did. I highly recommend them!

Ryan and CG were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My husband recently passed suddenly and I couldn't light the pilot on my older gas fireplace insert. Unfortunately, it's too old to allow for installation of a remote. Ryan was able to clean out the logs and service the thermocouple and got it working for now. He then quickly worked up an estimate for a replacement insert. Meantime, CG's inspection on the chimney showed I may have problems with the roof/chimney. I will need to have that looked at by the roofer who installed last roof before I can move forward with decision on new insert. But Ryan's kindness and understanding, as well as his ability to get the fireplace working for now gives me time to sort out next step. They both were a real pleasure to work with.
