I was having a problem with my gas logs and the pilot light staying lit. Premier Chimney and Roofing sent Ryan Brown and C.J. to check out the problem. They found no defects in the logs or gas supplying the logs. They determined a cleaning should fix the problem. They did a thorough check of the logs and cleaned everything. They were neat and very professional. In checking the chimney, they did find problems in the flue which Premier will fix in the near future. I would recommend this company needing service on their gas logs and chimneys..

The technicians arrived on time and asked about any issues I was having before performing the work. They were very pleasant, thorough and professional. The fireplace looked great when they were finished and the remote is now working. I would highly recommend Premier.

Premier Chimney and Roofing sent 2 techs (Ryan and Cedric, I believe) to inspect and clean my gas fireplace. They were friendly, knowledgeable, quick and clean! My fireplace was up and running in no time for a fair price! A great service and I will use this company again!

Ryan and Cedric did a superior job servicing and refurbishing our gas fireplace. They were very friendly, professional, and worked exceptionally clean. Photo documentation of the entire process gives you confidence that they are knowledgeable and paid great attention to detail. I will be having this service done yearly to ensure it is maintained properly. They also replaced the rocks and glowing embers. I am amazed at how much of an improvement there is in function and appearance.

Premier chimney and roofing this is really a good company when I called them in December. I made an appointment with him and they came out in January. They kept their word I had called other companies which they did not even respond. On my first visit from Premier chimney and roofing technician Ryan Brown and CJ came out very pleasant and kind.First of all, they called me 10 minutes prior to arriving to let me know they were on their way and when they arrived they put cover on their shoes and bought protective equipment so my house would not get dirty from there work. I really appreciated that. They Proceeded to clean my gas fireplace and did such a good job and explained everything while doing their job. I explained to them what was going on with my gas fire place. It was not igniting when I turned it on which they told me I needed a new igniter they cleaned my fireplace so good. It looks spanking brand new, except for the Rust but Ryan explained to me why the rust was there and I did not know that you were supposed to keep your Pilot light lit at all times to keep it from rusting. Ryan told me I needed a new part for my gas fireplace which it took Two weeks to come in. Ryan and CJ returned within two weeks with a part and be replaced the part for my fireplace. I’m telling you these guys were so efficient and kind and did their job so well I would recommend them to anyone that has a gas fireplace. This company is awesome !! I really appreciate Ryan and CJ. These guys are awesome. I highly recommend this company. They are the best. thank you, Premier and chimney for your good work!!

Awesome experience with this company! The company I'd been using for annual inspections and cleaning of my 2 gas fireplaces closed and I went a few years without getting this done. I found this company last year and will be using them annually from now on.
Justin was so knowledgeable and polite. He did a great job and found a potential concern with a jagged cutout in my roof that is against my gas vent. As many inspections as I've had previously, no one was this thorough.
Highly recommend! My fireplaces are clean and working great. Ask for Justin- he is amazing!

It has been several years since I’ve used or had my gas fireplaces inspected and wanted to start using them again. I researched several companies online and found Premier Chimney and Roofing to have very positive reviews. Matthew and Dameon Ryan did an excellent job servicing my gas fireplace. They were very friendly and professional going out of their way to explain the condition of the my fireplaces and went out of their way to ensure the areas they were working around an my home stayed clean. The photo’s they provided of their work shows they pay attention to detail and make me comfortable the job was done right. Replacing the lava rocks and wool glowing embers along with how well they cleaned everything is definitely an improvement in the appearance. Premier Chimney and Roofing will be my go to company to maintain my fireplaces and chimney.

This company is awful, if I could give 0 stars I would!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I decided to cancel just one day after giving my deposit and he refused to give me the deposit back, stating his company was going out of business and he couldn’t afford to refund me my money. He obviously lied as he’s has been promoting his company!!

When I called to express my frustration with them for not showing up nor calling about a scheduled appt., the guy went off on a rant about Covid. Said this country needed to get back to work and that his tech getting a Covid shot was more important than my appt or anything else.
Wow! I guess he thinks his company is the only one suffering.

I had my chimney repaired and I am extremely satisfied with their work. This chimney repair team was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable about the repair process. They thoroughly inspected the chimney and identified the issues quickly. The repair was completed on time and within budget, and the chimney looks and functions as good as new.

Gill and this company is the biggest scam in VA. He never completed the work. Completely stole my money and disappeared. Called another company to fix the work and they stated the work was so poor, it a safety hazard.
If they are still in business, do not hire them for anything. They not trustworthy and will steal your money.

Damon was able to fit us in earlier and did a wonderful job addressing our concerns along with helpful suggestions. The cleaning and repairs were exceptional. This will be the only chimney cleaning company we will use from now on. Thanks, Damon!
