Damon was punctual to our scheduled appointment. He did a full safety inspection of my fireplace. I thought it needed to be cleaned, but he told me it was in great condition and that a cleaning was not necessary. I appreciated his honesty - it saved me some money. Tidewater Chimney Sweeps is a wonderful company. Professional firefighters who provide a valuable service at a reasonable price. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and prompt in her service. They have cleaned my dryer vent every other year for the past 8 years. They have also cleaned many others in our HOA. I have never heard a single complaint about their service.
