When I called this company I was under the impression it was a local service specializing in dryer repair and vent cleaning. Apparently I was calling a company that goes by the name of VB Carpet Cleaning service. I was quoted $350. to clean a vent and a place a vent cover over the dryer vent. Do your research before calling.

Zach did an amazing job before him I had another company that had no clue what was going on with my dryer vent but Zach came and with a camera scope was able to locate the disconnection in the system route and after that was able to fix the issue. Now my dryer works as good as new.

I came into contact with Zach from KLINE dryer vent cleaning when I thought I was just simply gonna get a dryer vent cleaning service done on a new to me home. It turned out that the home (built in 1985) had an incredibly complex, and inefficient dryer vent that transversed the house with multiple elbows and was nearly 70 feet long. Zach informed me that many people who claim they know how to “clean dryer vents” simply just stick a brush through it and call it good, when in actuality it is a process that requires skill and knowledge to do right and due to the complexity of my vent line, it was likely it had never been done correctly. Upon investigation, We determined this was the case and my dryer vent was like a clogged artery with 40+ years of lint jamming it up. Zach came up with a solution that involved rerouting the line through the roof of my home (10ft vs the original 70). I am extremely grateful for Zach and his knowledge to get the job done correctly. The lint in my clogged vent had gotten so repeatedly hot that it would produce steam in the ceiling and was a huge fire hazard. When he arrived, he explained the steps he would take to diagnose the issue with my air conditioning and answered all of my questions as he worked. Francis found that my system was low on refrigerant, and he used his scale to show me exactly how much he was adding since he charges by the pound. He also inspected the indoor coils and discovered a loose fitting that was causing a refrigerant leak.
