This is our second time using Tru Gen. First for our rental property where a massive oak tree was dropping big branches in the yard during storms. Mike assured us the tree was healthy and just needed a trim. We were relieved to keep the beautiful tree and haven’t had a worry since.
At our home, we had a branch fall that also took out a chunk of fence. Tru Gen came out quickly again to assess. This time the tree was in danger of falling entirely. They removed the tree within a day and the stump the next morning. Mike is very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, quick responding and service is fast and seamless.

Excellent service from the team. They explained the process well and were on time on the start date. I could tell they were true professionals and worked quickly even after they had a mechanical issue with their chipper. They had a backup chipper in place and finished quickly with taking down two trees, grinding stumps, hauling away debris. I would highly recommend them for any tree removal work.

Chop & Drop Tree Service is the absolute best tree removal company in the 757! They were timely, courteous, and extremely professional. These guys were fantastic! I had an old Honeylocust that had been dead for some time when I moved into my home. I scheduled a quote online, they came out and gave me the price. I confirmed the quote, got this scheduled a few days later for 8 am.

They showed up well before 8 to get the trucks all set up. They took my tee down carefully and efficiently and ground the stump and backfilled the spot! By 8:45, they were done!

They were also so very polite too. I had to walk my little one to school during thier trimming and they ensured we got out and I got back in my home safely by pausing cutting until we were clear.

One of the easiest companies I've dealt with for work on my house lately, and 10 of 10, if I had another big tree, I'd call them again!
