This tree removal service was AMAZING to work with! A little bit of context before adding my review. The house that was previously on my lot before my house was burned down. The flames were so large it reached the top of our tree we had cut down and killed most of the tree. I would also like to mention I live in a new build home so my yard was muddy and soft from all the rain we had been getting. We had no grass in the area the workers were working at. The workers worked fast, safely and were very very kind. While removing a large branch, when they had secured it before cutting it, a larger piece of the branch had hit the trunk broke off and hit my roof really hard. Workers immediately stopped contacted their supervisor who then immediately sent out their roofing company on call and they were here within the hour to fix the shingles that had been uplifted from the branch. It was not the fault of the workers as I had witnessed it. They were extremely apologetic and were quick to correct the problem! The branch hitting my roof couldn’t have been prevented at all because the tree was so dead branches kept crumbling just from being touched. They worked all day (Friday) and came back the next day to fix up my yard just a little more (Saturday) before coming back on Monday to grind the stump down and remove the mulch. They made my yard look good as new again and it looks like a tree was never even there! We loved working with them so much we called them out again to have something else removed along our fence line before our fence is installed! Thank you for making our yard safe and for removing that tree. I no longer have to worry about wind storms and big branches falling and hitting our house anymore!

We are very happy with the professionalism from first contact through project completion. Andrew was great and Ed and crew were top-notch. Competitive and rare "can do" attitude. We had a big project which was completed in a single day.

We had 5 very large trees at our house that needed to be cut down to the ground. They came out asap for an estimate, which was very reasonable, and scheduled us the following week.
The work was done quickly and the team did a great job maintaining a clean workspace throughout the process, blowing debris out if the street as needed. They cut the trees, removed the limbs, ground the stumps, and spread the mulch. We definitely plan to use this company in the future, and recommend them to anyone who needs a trim or trees taken down.

The level of customer service received , the communication and care they took for my yard and home could not have been better.

Pictures were sent by the company and my insurance agent was able to get back with me the same day - they were more than pleased.

Crew Foremen on the job and other team members were polite, courteous and pleasant. Both Ed and Charlie were patient and explained the job, tree health and importance of preservation - I couldn't ask for better customer service .

I have replied to my ins. company and sent them a firm recommendation endorsing Chop & Drop for them to suggest to other clients .

I came across Chop and Drop Tree Service after another tree company didn’t show up or call during my scheduled time for an estimate. I’m glad the other company failed or I wouldn’t have known about this company.
Andrew was very responsive and came out the same day within 30 minutes to give an estimate. The price was reasonable but the scheduling may have been a mishap but it happens. We rescheduled due to weather but they came out the next morning and removed and cleared everything very quickly.
I will use Chop and Drop from now on for any upcoming needs.

Chop and Drop did a great job removing a very large oak tree from my property in the back yard. The crew showed up on time, worked fast, and handled everything safely and professionally. They used an impressive crane and a clearly experienced crew making the whole process smooth from start to finish. Fair pricing and easy scheduling . This is my second time using them and I would definitely recommend them if you need tree work done right!

C&D did a great job at my son's house so I asked them to take out 4 trees at my place. I needed them to be careful of some small trees and a play fort under the trees and they executed flawlessly. Everything was done professionally. I liked the crew. They even took out a few small bushes and trimmed my crepe myrtles as a bonus. Highly recommend.

Happy with work done. We had 6 trees removed. Two of which were massive and hanging over the house. Trees were taken down in a day and the stumps were ground/top soil put down. It looks so much better and we are very happy with the work. Great guy, good customer service, easy transaction. Nothing but good things to say. Don’t hesitate to reach out. Very quick service, Only issue is I thought I spoke on the phone that I needed a small stump (that had about a 4 inch diameter 3 inches above ground and at ground level it was about 18 inch by 10 inch stump) removed because I needed to place a fence post right there. When I got there, they just completed and the stump is still there but now between 4-6 inches below the surface, i wish they would have told me that THAT was their limit on the phone. A post will need about eighteen inches. Paid $180 to remove about 8 inches combined above and below ground took about 10 minutes to do that work. That does me no good. For my and other's future reference-
he stated all stump grinders only go between 6-8 inches below ground. It may be worth it for aesthetics And/or to remove a trip hazard but a total waste of money when the desired effect is to remove the stump.

I can’t say enough great things about Andy and his team! I had a massive oak tree that took up nearly my entire yard, making it impossible for my family to enjoy any outdoor space. I shopped around and got several quotes. some of which were absolutely unreasonable, but Andy’s was by far the most reasonable and fair.
From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Communication was clear and timely, and they showed up when they said they would. The crew was efficient, respectful of my property, and left everything clean and tidy once the job was done. That tree was the bane of my existence and now it’s gone! Chop and Drop did an amazing job, I had a very large old pine tree covered in poison ivy right beside the house always dropping limbs and pinecones and clogging gutters. Chop and Drop came out quick to give a quote and once I approved the quote they got me scheduled to come out. Crew showed up on time and worked very fast and efficient. Job took maybe 5 hours from start to finish and they left the yard looking almost as if there was never a tree there to begin with! Even my neighbors were loving how good it looks now.

From the amazing clean up ( including the pine needles haha) to making the stump shorter for me ( I changed my mind haha) can’t thank them enough. I called for an estimate on Tuesday and the job was completed expertly on Wednesday morning! The crew was polite and professional and took care not to cause any damage to my fence, roses or lawn. The payment link was the icing on the cake. Outstanding communication from start to finish. All debris was removed and everything is clean. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough good things about Chop & Drop and their service. They removed a 120+ foot massive white oak tree in my yard that was hanging directly over my house, and they handled the entire job with total professionalism and skill. The crew worked efficiently, kept everything safe, and even stayed out after dark (November daylight disappears fast!) to make sure the job was finished properly.

Andrew and his crew are absolute pros. They laid down mats to minimize damage to my lawn and even used a smart technique of placing previously cut thinner limbs to help ‘catch’ the main trunk as it came down which really helped protect my yard. I also had the stump ground down, and that was done thoroughly with a clean, tidy finish.

I called on a Wednesday and they were there the next day for the free quote and then back that Saturday to prune my tree. The team was quick and efficient. Not only did they prune, the team did cleanup and I could barely tell they were even in my yard by the time they were done.
