We are grateful for the consistently professional service provided to by Arbor Tree Care. Over the years they have removed trees and trimmed large trees fo us. They seamlessly handled all of the cumbersome details regarding the required permit for tree removal from the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Area officials.

I have used Arbor Tree for the last 16 years. I recently hired them to remove a large tree, and they remain the best tree Company in Virginia Beach. They are professional, good at work, and have excellent interpersonal skills. They work hard and are very safety-conscious. Their equipment is top-notch. Gary, Justin, Sumo, Doug, and Drew did a superb job planning, removing, and cleaning up a huge tree. Gina is also a great service coordinator. Prices are the best for the excellent service they provide. Thank you, Arbor Tree; we will always call you in the future and recommend you to all.

Had a tree in between two sheds and fencing. The tree was leaning way too much and needed it removed. They came out and cut it down branch by branch and hauled everything away. To my surprise they managed to remove without damaging any of my plants. They raked and cleaned everything up.

A great group of guys as well.

Fantastic service and work through out. We had two large pine trees taken down amongst power lines and a beautiful hardwood tree that we want to save. Julian and team did fanatic work and communicated throughout. I had six other tree companies come out to price the job and two said they were not equipped for what we needed. They recommended Arbor. Would hire them again in a heart beat. They left the yard cleaner than they found it. The little details they focused on made me feel great about going with Arbor. I would highly recommend.

Had a great experience hiring Elite Tree Service. The response time and quality of work is unmatched. I recommend Tyler and his crew for anyone looking to get work done.

Tyler and his team are great. He came in with the lowest bid to remove five trees and clean up a very large oak hanging over the house. Despite weather delays they got the job done and left the back yard in good shape.

Called Friday morning, they were there that afternoon. Great communications though out the day with their arrival status. I worked with Tyler. I cannot say enough good things about the job accomplished and the total attention to details.

Tyler and his crew are top notch in every aspect and took care of us in a very difficult situation. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tree company that will do the job right the first time!

EXCEPTIONAL! Tyler was professional, responsive and knowledgeable. When he looked at the work going to be performed, he made honest quotes - after pointing to 2 trees I told him "sold" and asked when he could start. Also, my neighbor bent his ear for almost 40 minutes about a quote as well, and Tyler didn't bat an eye. He removed a portion of the fence to get his equipment through and replaced it like it wasn't even touched. He had a young man with him and the very little interaction I had with him was pleasant. FYE, even when they though nobody was listening while walking through the backyard, they had a professional conversation. They had the opportunity to use some colorful language but chose to remain professional. 10/10 I would recommend and use again. Unfortunately, I do not have any pictures to post that don't show more than I care to on a public forum.

We recently called on Elite Tree Service for assistance cutting down some trees in our back area. Tyler is so professional and we are very happy with his work. He even shaved down some stumps we had in the front yard at no additional charge.

Hello, I go by Turner I had Tyler and Gov company remove the tree from my back yard because I like most people read previous reviews, and up until about a week ago when I’ve been trying to reach Tyler about my sliding glass door that he broke while removing the tree I would have given them 5 stars. He gave me his word and now I can’t reach him, I’ve left messages on messages because the timeline of fixing my sliding glass door starts with the initial payment. I will continue to try and reach Tyler and do hope it doesn’t have to move pass him and me but of now I’m put off by the lack of communication and my many failed attempts to reach Elite Tree Services.

Update: I’ve been in touch with Elite Tree Service and it’s safe to say he responded back extremely rude and is now trying to blame me for the reason damage was done to my property, oh and the icing on the cake is that he believes he was being nice to me!! If you care about your home and your property I would look for a more reputable company because although this guy may cut down your tree if any damage is done he isn’t willing to pay. I’ll see him in court!!

Tyler came out promptly for a review of the property, said he would get me a quote in about a week. He went out of town (his own words) which was ok, but he said he would get me the quote, he never did. He would not even respond to texts. What happened here? This was (is) a big job, disappointed in lack of response. And now I have to get another contractor. I was given his name as a reliable person. Now not so sure about reliability, I could not refer him to anyone even though he offers many services a traditional tree service company does not offer. I hope he sees this and thinks about how he will respond to the next customer.

Tyler was at a neighbor's doing a job and gave me an estimate for a tree removal. He and his employees did the job and did an amazing job of cleaning up after!!! Very professional!!! I was worried about a dead branch falling on my house! No more worries. Great price too!

I received multiple quotes for a difficult tree removal in my backyard and was shocked at the prices other services were asking. Elite performed this work methodicaly and safely protecting my and my neighbors property. Every aspect including cleanup exceeded my expectations I wouldn't consider another company as they have earned my loyalty and future bisiness. No idea why this name is on here, but anyway my name is Sheryl Decker, and I am leaving a review on Tyler, and his business. I def give Tyler a 5 on every aspect of his business. From first meeting Tyler to the last day he worked for me everything was excellent. He was on time meeting with me to start off with. He is reliable. He was the least expensive of three other quotes, and his work was exceptional. He took a tree out of my side yard, and cleaned all the moss of my roof that was caused by so much rain and the tree branches hanging over the shady area of my roof . He ground the stump, and you can't tell there was ever a tree there. He leveled the ground for grass seed to be put out for the Spring. He and his team were neat, and I would say the boyscout motto of "leave no trace behind" sums their work up. It looks as if there was never any work done at all. They did a great job. My only regret is that I was not home, and didn't get before and after pics. I would say to end my comment you will be pleased with this young man's company from start to finish. Don't hesitate to hire him. Ty Tyler for a job well Done. :)
