The crew was prompt, efficient, and very pleasant. I was worried that they would tear up my lawn with the heavy equipment, but they did an amazing job of putting down protectors so that the lawn was fine. Amazing!

I have a multi-country industrial and commercial contracting background. The nuances of large projects with high risk and significant serious equipment is difficult for a homeowner to consider and engage. In my search and interviews with six potential tree removal trimming companies, Arbor rose to the top of the list quickly.

In the pre-operation scope of work definition and in my case, being on the water, engagement with appropriate environmental regulatory personnel, Arbor, was fully engaged and fluid in our defining the scope over time. In addition, their pricing was agreeable and based on a professional analysis of equipment use, labor recognition and coordination, logistics, staging and clean up.

Arbors, back office was fully engaged, available and knowledgeable…and quite frankly enjoyable to work with.

The operation was a delightful orchestration of movement and implementation, always with the view of protecting my assets and insuring the neighbors and neighborhood were not impacted.

This business does NOT disappoint. On time, professional, attention to detail and clean up is immaculate. Everyone (and they have a very large crew) was so courteous! I didn’t need a tree cutting business (though they do remove trees upon request) but needed arborists who knew the needs of grooming trees. I could not be happier with the job that they did on all 10 trees! Thank you! I highly recommend!

I needed two trees trimmed and wanted it done before hurricane season. The office contacted me immediately and after a week of rain I was given a service date for two weeks in the future. Well before that date I was called and asked if I wanted it done that afternoon. The crew was great!! I was kept informed from beginning to end and consulted to make sure it was what I wanted. I will definitely use this company in the future.

This past spring, a dead tree on the Dominion Power right of way broke and fell on the high voltage power line which, in turn, fell and started a fire on the front of our wooded lot. We lost not only a large pine in the fire, but about 50 or more smaller trees and shrubs. USAA homeowners said they would cover part of the damage if we got an estimate from a certified Arborist. I called several in the area, but only Arbor Tree Care responded and came out. Ricky, the estimator, was about as nice a guy as I've ever met. He gave us a written estimate and when called upon, communicated with the insurance adjuster to describe the work that needed to be done, which helped settle the claim quickly. Arbor Tree Care brings a quality of work that is rarely seen , everyone on the crew where highly qualified to insure safety and diligence on the removal of 2 Gum trees in my back yard.
This was a challenging job as we have 2 pergolas , a fire pit, 3 fish ponds and a huge greenhouse in the back yard.
Gary did a fabulous job figuring and making the tree removal a huge success.
If you are looking for a Quality and Professional company with very fair prices than please look no further.

In a townhome community they blocked the street for at least 14 homes while removing a neighbor's tree. There was no advanced notice and when I returned from an appointment and couldn't access my driveway I asked how long they would be - and I was just got a blank stare and a shrug. I had to climb over the tree with my dog - and they didn't even stop using their chainsaw.

Will never use this company!

I had to raise my voice over the work being done. The owner stayed defensive the entire time. Look at her other responses to negative reviews. She continued to force that the neighbor doing the work should have been the one to communicate the issue. However even the VB trash collection had to make adjustments due to her workers blocking the road. While their clients may be happy with the work done. The owner was unprofessional and could not see ANY fault in her company. 1 star review stands - lack of professionalism is evident. I will encourage others to avoid this company.

They did a great job! Crew was professional and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. No slackers, well coordinated. Price was fair, and i agree with orher reviewer who said that they left the yard looking better

Very professional and fair pricing. The arborist took the time to explain the best approach for keeping my tree healthy and looking how I wanted it. I have a small lot and my neighbors are very close. The guys were very mindful of mine and my neighbors landscaping and took the time to clean up the entire front of my property when they were done.

The whole team was great. The sales man was very informative and knowledgeable about the trees we had. The job was done quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up all the mess. Everyone was extremely polite. I would definitely use them again!!

We had a BIG old oak that was declining rapidly. No one would touch it because it was too big and the work area was very tight.
The team from Arbor Tree Care came in and removed the tree with no problem! Very impressed with them and their work. They told us up front what all was involved, coordinated with the power company; we had no surprises which I'm itself was a very pleasant surprise. I HIGHLY recommend them.

This company came and did such an "outstanding" job! Their hard work was done with such detail in making our yard transformed! We had 3 trees removed and several trees trimmed. They did all this work with a smile and friendliness. We will refer them to everyone we know because of the outstanding job they did. The entire crew, owners and office staff were great. The crew was very professional and efficient. They did an amazing job on cutting down our 2 pine trees to include stump grinding. The cleanup was great. They did exactly as they said they would.

We used Arbor to trim several large trees in our backyard .. Everyone was friendly and professional from the first phone call .. They answered all our questions and kept us informed throughout the process . They cleaned everything up when they were finished .. We can’t say enough nice things about Arbor and their workers . Rodney came out and did our estimate •• he explained what they would do, answered questions and we didn’t feel pressured at all to make a decision .. He knew exactly what our trees needed !! Cannot say enough good things about Arbor Tree Care! We are redoing our fence and wanted a tree down before the work began. After another tree company failed to show up and our old fence had already been removed to prepare for the tree removal, Arbor Tree Care quickly came out for an estimate and was able to schedule my tree removal in just 2 days. Everyone I spoke with was so nice, and the crew did an amazing job. Clean up was great, too! They really went above and beyond. Will definitely be using Arbor Tree Care again soon!

Julian Finch and his crew came to my home after I received a consultation for the work I needed done on some of the large trees I can no longer trim on my property.
Julian is the nicest young man and so well qualified for making sure that your trees are done properly. I have a number of ornamental trees that I care so much about and didn’t want just anybody to trim them. London Bridge nursery highly recommended Arbor and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of their work …. Especially the large Chinese fringe tree in my backyard.

I did not want or need any trees removed. Rodney came and looked at all the trees and made suggestions on removing deadwood and opening up the crown to the wind flow and preserving the beauty of the trees. Gary and his crew came with the cranes and saws and did a magnificent job. When they left, the yard was cleaned of debris and the trees looked great. I am very happy with using Arbor Tree Care, someone who really knows trees.

Arbor Tree Care did an amazing job at removing two trees and opening up and trimming two others at our house. Watching them use the crane to work was a sight to see and definitely impressive. And the clean up afterwards was equally impressive, as there was less debris left on the ground then when they arrived. From the time the estimator came and taught me about the trees, to the very end, it was a great experience. Highly Recommend!

While Arbor Tree Care can certainly remove massive trees quickly and efficiently with zero property damage (we've had two amazing experiences in this area), it is their knowledge base and professionalism that continues to impress us. Most recently, our beloved little weeping cherry tree became sick, and Arbor Tree Care sent their top arborist out to take a look. He was patient and kind in his evaluation, with both the tree and with us. Trust me, these are the people you want taking care of your trees. (To be clear, though, the company I'm writing about here is Arbor Tree CARE, and NOT Arbor Tree Experts; please double check before you make your call!). If you're concerned about the trees on your property and want professional care for them, Arbor Tree Care is the way to go. Seriously.
