Christian+Chandler+crew came to our house to remove two large trees. See before and after pictures. These guys know what they are doing. Great communication and service overall. They answered my questions before and during the process. They cleaned up everything very well. It took them less than 3 hours. Very professional team. Highly recommended. Will definitely rehire.

Christian from the beginning of getting a quote the same day I called for the estimate to the day when the tree was removed was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He and crew on the day of removal were punctual and also professional. KONO Tree Care was not the cheapest nor most expensive quote we received, however, their customer service and overall all expertise of how they handled the job we had them do, definitely made us very confident that we went with a GREAT company and will plan to use them again without hesitation. We will also highly recommend them to any family and friends that may be in need of their services. They took steps to protect the yard with lack of a better term, “skid plates” from branches that were due to be lowered from heights.

We've used Kono twice this year to remove a total of 5 trees.We live on a main road which complicated the job. One of the trees hung over the road, while another was under (and in) the power lines. The team is clearly well-trained and experienced because they had no issues felling our trees quickly and efficiently.We highly recommend them!

Christian and Chandler and their team did such a wonderful job! They removed a huge pine tree in several cuts out of my yard and lifted it over my house with a crane! It was really neat to see! They also pruned all my trees and did such a fabulous job. There is so much more sunlight in my yard. It’s beautiful! I have used them twice now and their customer service skills are A+ and just the kind of people you can depend on to be professional and attend to what needs to be done. I highly recommend Kono Tree Care. You get what you pay for and then some. You can’t go wrong with these young men. I just think the world of them and they are so pleasant to work with every time.

Kono Tree Care did an amazing job from start to finish! They were prompt, professional, efficient, and thorough. They took down two trees and with Christian‘s knowledge and expertise I was able to save a third. They also saved three baby squirrels, carefully cutting away the trunk they had nestled in. Mama came back later and brought them to their new home. What an amazing crew! They took extra care in leaving my yard and the surrounding areas in pristine condition. I’d highly recommend them to my friends and family and will be using them again for future services.

I've already had several conversations with my neighbors regarding our tree removal process. In fact, a few of my neighbors joined the watch party, as we watch Christian and his team efficiently take down our pine tree in less than 2 hours. (Tree removal, stump grinding, and clean-up) In fact, they left my yard looking better than they found it.

I will be recommending them to anyone in search of tree services in the VB area. These professionals know their community!

10/10. Starting with the estimate, Christian was very knowledgeable and the estimate was very fair. On the day of the tree removal and weight reduction of two other trees, Christian and his crew were on time, professional, and very thorough, not to mention tidy once the job was done. I will only use Kono Tree Care moving forward. I cannot recommend them enough! True professionals.

Arrived on time for the quote. Went over each tree and explained what was needed. Used a laser to show what parts would be cut. Sent written quote via text. After approval, sent the appointment date. Arrived on time with the crew. They layed out pads on lawn for the trucks to drive on. They did a great job and cleaned up after. My yard looked better than it did before they arrived. Very friendly and worked well together. One young man even offered to help me bring in my groceries from across the street because I was unable to park near my front door. I'm a very happy customer. Do yourself a favor and call Kono Tree Care. You'll thank me later!

Christian and his crew did an amazing job removing my Willow Oak tree and a Blanch Myrtle, as well as the stumps. In addition they trimmed another Willow Oak. The crew is on time, very efficient, and knowledgeable. All work was completed in 2 hours and included a thorough clean up of the lawn when finished. I would highly recommend Kono Tree Care to anyone needing tree removal, stump grinding, or tree trimming.

Christian kept the same energy from beginning to end. I was initially apprehensive because, in today’s climate, many companies in this industry come across as pompous, almost as if you’re on their time, even when you’re the one paying for the service. That was not the case here.

I received a second opinion after meeting with Christian, and his price could not be beaten. The team worked efficiently and professionally. I noticed fist bumps, smiles, and overall great energy among the crew, which says a lot about leadership and company culture. Julian never gave off a “I’m the boss” attitude, and that stood out to me in the best way.

There were even a few corny jokes shared, which made the experience feel comfortable and human. When the job was complete, they cleaned up thoroughly and swept the area a small detail that speaks volumes. Many tree companies remove the tree, but they don’t understand the value of customer care and attention to the finer details.

KONO was not just a tree company, they came and brought their talent, professionalism, kindness and laughs. Everyone of Christian’s employees were outstanding. No one complained and they hustled! They knocked out 4 trees between us and our neighbor. They were here until 8:30 pm still having to drive back to the beach not one person looked annoyed. What a great experience. We live in Hampton and I can’t say enough about this team of guys! It’s like they are family. Love their Hoodies too, they should really sell their merch! Thanks Guys!

Brandon leads a crew of self starters that are a surgical team around your yard. They are customer responsive and work until all aspects of what they committed to are complete. Found my ‘tree team’ after using others in the past.

I highly recommend Nick and his crew. They were professional and very reasonably priced. Other than the trees being gone I couldn't tell they had been there the yard was cleaned up so well. They were very friendly and helpful!

Great job for good price. Trimmed huge Oak tree with large limbs hanging over house (expert arborist). Also cut down two other trees. Came on time, did great job, and cleaned up. Highly recommend!!!!

Very professional and polite. The crew worked very well together, kind of fun to watch actually. Tree was removed, the trunk was grounded well under ground level and cleanup left my yard looking just great. In and out in no time.
