Excellent service! Scheduling with Mr. Rooter was incredibly easy. I submitted an online request on a Saturday, and within an hour, someone contacted me and scheduled same-day service. The technician took the time to explain all of our repair options and helped us choose the one that best fit our budget.

The work was completed efficiently, and the technician even cleaned up thoroughly afterward. We had some drywall repair done, so I assumed I’d need to go in and clean up—but when I got there, everything had already been cleaned and mopped. I was pleasantly surprised! I highly recommend Mr.Rooter.

The very professional team from Mr. Rooter efficiently diagnosed tree root intrusion into the sewer line just outside the house, then removed the defective segment and upgraded the cleanout. This required removing portions of a concrete slab adjacent to the house and replacing the cut segments. They were very respectful and kept me informed of the timeframe which I appreciated. They cleaned up well after themselves. I will use them again.

I called late Friday and not only did someone answer the phone, but since they work weekends, got a Saturday morning appointment. Leslie and Walt sleuthed our troublesome, work-no work, Whirlpool water softening system, a circa 2013 whole house model. We have an interim fix that works for us; so heavy sales pitch & appreciated the information I received for a new product. Technical & stress-free support, will call them again.

Amazing response time (within 90 minutes) and on a Saturday. Jonny came in and accessed the problem and gave us the cost up front. He was very personable, polite and efficient. He explained what needed to be done and got to work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing needs.

I had the displeasure of needing a repair to my shower, which revealed some subpar plumbing work. Mr. Rooter, dispatched Jonny to access and repair it. Jonny did a fantastic job and even elicited the advice of a supervisor before making a necessary cut in my shower so he had good access to the pipes. The repair was done, the hole was repaired and covered up and my shower has never been better. I appreciate the Professional workmanship of Jonny and the effective communication of the team of Mr. Rooter.

Jonny did an outstanding job replacing our water heater… and answering my non stop questioning on how the water heater works, etc. When we need future plumbing service Mr Rooter and Jonny will be our first call..

Our technician, Jonny, diagnosed the issues in our home, and worked quickly and efficiently to install a new toilet, phalange and wax seal. We are grateful for his honesty, professionalism, and hard work.
The only downside was that he arrived two hours after our initial appointment time (but thats not his fault, as there were extenuating circumstances.)

Not the cheapest, by 600$ but they do good honest work and stay till they finish. Estimate was adhered to but added $290x2 for replacing cracked bases replacing two toilets. Minimal veterans or retired vet discount, $30. Out of $1109. Work but applied different discount. Im satisfied with their work.

I had a leak in my basement from the water line into the house. I've used Mr. Rooter several times in the past. They always have done a great job. This time was no exception. After analyzing the problem on Saturday, they left a special wrench for me to turn off the water at the meter so that we could use the water only when needed and to control the leak. They did everything they said they would. They had the underground utilities marked by 8 a.m. on Monday morning. They pulled the building permit. The crew arrived promptly. Brent, Jonny and the backhoe operator (sorry I forget his name) were all so polite and professional. They explained everything they were doing as they began to dig the trench. By 4:30 that afternoon, everything was back to normal. The county's plumbing inspector spoke highly of the quality of the work that Mr. Rooter performs. And, for as muddy as it was due to the leak, not a single speck of dirt was brought into the house. They were extremely neat and clean. I can't say enough about the great job they did. And while I am sure the owner knows this, these three gentlemen represented the company exactly as any owner should expect.

I was having an issue with the drain backing up on the washing machine on Saturday Night. Had an apparent clog, which caused the drain tube to overflow. Water was everywhere in the garage because of it. Made the call to Mr Rooter on Sunday around 11:00 AM. I explained my issue to the gentleman who I talked to on the phone. He informed me that he could have a technician at my residence between 2 to 4 pm. Received a text that the technician was on his way and arrived around 3pm. The technician introduced himself and diagnosed the issue. Had everything completed quickly. Ran a test to make sure everything was working correctly, which it was. Very happy with my experience with Mr. Rooter. I highly recommend them to any and everyone. Professional, courteous, explained everything clearly that was being performed. Will call them for my future plumbing needs.
