Nice people(Ken and Derek). However, after $500 and three trips to my home, they could not solve my issue. When I called the number the fourth time, the owner assured me that I would be contacting again to set up next visit. It has been 10 days and I have not heard from them.

Mike was quick to respond to our distress call which was much appreciated on a Saturday morning. Upon arriving he immediately went to work locating the issue. Mike had us up and running ready to capture our weekend business within an hour. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. After completing the work I had some additional questions and Mike patiently took the time to answer my questions and explain the root cause of the situation in terms my non-electrical brain could understand. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They were LATE for both appointments which is a common tactic businesses use to take advantage of your desperate situation. Over priced as well.

Highly recommend Wyatt Ernsting at Mr. Rooter in Williamsburg. Mr. Ernsting was able to remove and replace the sewage ejection pump in our basement unit without requiring that we remove the cabinets. We had several other highly rated plumbers in the area take a look at the job…but they wouldn’t touch the project without complete vertical clearance - meaning we’d be ripping out and replacing cabinetry along with the pump. Removing and reinstalling the cabinets would have easily doubled the cost of a $3,500 project. We’d also have spent weeks coordinating between trades to limit disruption to our tenants. I can say without a doubt that Mr. Ernsting saved us thousands of dollars and an immeasurable amount of time and stress. Highly recommended. Before and after photos posted. Thank you!

As an emergency call for water dripping from fire alarm, there was a quick response, diagnosis of source of problem, and repair. Very nice plumber!!!

In my case it was a huge project that spanned 3 days. I highly recommend this company. The items that were broken in my house, they had readily available on their truck. If they didn’t have what they needed, they would leave and go pick it up and return quickly.

Today I woke up to a non functional garbage disposal. Welcome to Monday morning!
The fix was replacement along with sink faucet.
Tony from Mr Rooter fixed the disposal with an in sink erator 3/4 horsepower!
Professional installation all the way.
Coming back to do the black faucet when it arrives on 19 May!.
This is the second time Mr Rooter came to the rescue!
I would have them back again!
