Had Greg the tech come out this morning first thing and check our almost 2 yr old furnace. Was not reaching to temp consistently and taking a long time to turn on……Turns out the gas was coming in at a higher rate causing the furnace to go into protective mode and shutting down to prevent overheating. Greg lowered the flame ratio and working great now. Could be all the work that they have been doing in our neighborhood when some of the gas lines were cut during the FIOS install. Also, was told I need to get a Non pleated furnace filter as even a Merv 5 sucks too much air in. Nice to now have peace of mind about the furnace with the way below freezing temps coming up this week. The folks at Owens are always at the ready to come out and support their product/installs. Great family business, knowledgeable and caring and friendly employees.

Great service with a fantastic heating and AC system. Have never had a complaint with this company. Loving the warmth in winter and cooling in summer. Cut previous operating with their system.

Jesse knew instantly what the issue was by just hearing the fan in the condenser and remedied the problem within what seemed like seconds. He explained everything to be as he worked. Excellent job. Not surprised: that is why I have been a customer for 5 years now. Always dependable and reliable.

We had a new A/C unit along with a new Furnace, and a new scrubber installed. The complete system is wonderful. The technicians were very careful and worked two days doing everything. We highly recommend Owens Heating and Air Conditioning for all your HVAC needs.

Helped tremendously! Called at 330 on a Friday to say my unit was blowing heat and my house was 90 degrees. They told me that I could get an appointment on Monday or I could get an emergency visit and gave me the price. I set the appointment for Monday. About 10 minutes later I received a call that a tech was on their way. They came out figured out the problem fix it ordered a part for the heat system and got my ac working the same day. Thank you Jesse and the lady’s in the office!

I called and asked if they had someone who could come clean out my dryer vent today. Tina was very kind and funny on the phone, and they had someone out to my house in less than an hour. Their names were Conner and Larry; both were really knowledgeable and efficient and answered all my questions. They fixed it in less than 30 minutes. There was a very big clog. It was very reasonably priced as well!

Lost heat from my 2nd floor unit & called my current HVAC company to get it repaired. Tech came out next day & said that my Zoning Control Board was bad...I have 3 zones on that unit. He gave me an estimate for repairs, which I thought was rather high. I bought a new Zoning Control Board, called Alan Owens (owner of Owens HVAC) to see if his company would install the new Board. His office staff set me up for an appointment a few days later. Jesse showed up on time, installed the new Board in just over an hour, checked thermostats in all zones, cleaned up the area & was on to his next job. He was prompt, professional, courteous, highly skilled & very polite. AND, the cost of the new Zoning Control Board plus the install labor was less than half of my current company. I will be using Owens HVAC for all my future HVAC work!!

We have always been happy customers of Owens. They talk honestly, educate us a little, and make us feel like satisfied customers! In particular, Chris, Lisa, and Tracy (I think is a name) are great and our most recent help came from Greg, who really rocks. In, out, taught us something, and fixed the problem in a really great time frame. “Owens is Awesome!” Is our new line.

Owens has been wonderful. Great staff. Great technicians. We had been using them just for our heat pump but this summer we were (finally) able to cancel our yearly maintenance contract with a different company that covered our oil furnace and older a/c unit. Instead of being pushed back months to have our oil furnace seen for its annual check (a problem with the other company), Owens was able to add it to our already scheduled Fall check for our heat pump. AND when the older a/c happened to die a week before that scheduled check-up, they were able to squeeze that in as well AND have it working when they left. We really appreciate their flexibility and talents. Thanks for all you do!

When my furnace recently experienced multiple issues, Wriley took the extra time to check everything. He diagnosed a secondary issue causing erratic flame-outs, the team scheduled a repair & my furnace is now running great again. Thank you!

We have hired Owens Heating & Air for 15 years for all of our HVAC needs. Quality care, reliability, and timeliness, along with fair pricing have always been the forefront of their professionalism.
We have two HVAC units, one was installed by Owens just this past spring and it has been wonderful. We have another older unit that was installed by another contractor in 2003 that Owens HVAC have successfully continued to maintain and keep running effectively. When it’s time to replace that older system, we’ll be calling them again. Their maintenance contracts for the year give us a real sense of relief, knowing that the upcoming season is going to be comfortable in our home. We can’t say enough wonderful things about their work.

The crew from Owen’s Mechanical did a fantastic job removing our old HVAC from under our house & replacing with a new efficient system in our garage. They were informative & courteous with answering all our questions; the system was built in a neat & concise manner. We have utilized their services for many years…would definitely recommend!

This company was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had an older oil furnace that finally gave up on us. Kevin came out twice to look at it and was able to get it running the first time but unfortunately, the second time was unsuccessful. His insight and guidance provided was appreciated and helped us make an informed decision for next steps. I called Ownes Heat and Cooling in Williamsburg Va when I needed help with my heating system.I had no heat generated since the night before.zit was 58 in my home when I got up .I read many reviews for Williamsburg area.The ones that stood out were all about how skilled,HONEST and reliable they were! zso I called them,Casey answered ,listened to my problem and said she would try to send someone out today! She called back to say Jessie would be here today and would text me to tell me when he would arrive.He came in about 2hrs from my initial call and got right to work.He said a capacitor had gone and needed to be replaced.Went out to his truck and came back in and exchanged the new one! My heating fan could work again! They were wonderful ,I called the Company to tell them how wonderful their entire staff. Casey who took my initial call(including Lisa,who took my call.Sbe too was excellent! This entire Company is No1 in my book.Their charge was normal and fair! If you have any problems with your. heating or cooling ,please give them a call! You. won’t be sorry!

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Had two ducts replaced and the intake section of my furnace cleaned by Conner. He did a great job and cleaned up. Great pricing and communication. They are Veteran friendly. Will hire again. Will pass on the company name.
