My plumber who came out was awesome, thanks Mike! He was able to fix our plumbing issue within minutes, definitely will recommend him and Roto-Rooter to friends and family.

Michael was our technician, he was knowledgeable and efficient. He explained the rates and work that was to be performed and gave assurance that we were covered for 6 months if the problem returned. Michael was able to unclog the drain causing the backup in the kitchen sink and dishwasher. He cleaned everything up and was very professional and courteous.

Had a leaking/spraying hot water line under a sink. Mike came out and did very nice work replacing corroded and plastic parts (likely over 30 years old) with nice metal lines and valves. Work was meticulous. We have used this particular Roto-Rooter multiple times and have always been satisfied.

Devante came to check and repair a clogged toilet I was having difficulty unstopping. He was very professional and answered my questions respectfully. Devante was very thorough in his assessment and was able to unclog it quickly. I appreciate him letting me know the cost prior and attempting the less costly technique first. I had an problem with my kitchen faucet. The service technician (Mike) arrived promptly and he was able to fix the loose fixture. He was very professional and courteous. My experience with this service call was very good.

I had an issue with a frozen drain line for my washing machine. Every mechanic that worked on the space did everything they could to avoid digging into my slab. They also ensured that the work was done correctly before they left my property. Thoroughly impressed!

We had two issues in 3 days. They were here in just a couple of hours after we called. First our toilet backed up, then our sink backed up. Both issues were taken care of promptly. Both of the gentlemen that took care of our problem were both courteous and fast. So thank you Roto-Rooter.

I had a leaking toilet and the technician Devante came out for service. He was on time, polite and very knowledgeable about his craft. He gave suggestions and fixed our toilet in no time. I will definitely use Roto Rooter for future repairs.

OUTSTANDING!!! Roto-Rooter truly came through for us after hours. Our technician, Kriston D., stayed until 1:00 AM to clear a clog in our sewer main. He handled the cleanout efficiently, made sure all of our questions were answered, and treated our home with care—cleaning up thoroughly once the work was complete. Kriston epitomized true professionalism and showed genuine empathy for our situation by ensuring we were satisfied with the work performed. He exemplifies and sets the standard for the kind of employee I would hire any day to work for me!!!!

The next day, Tyrell H. came out and performed a camera inspection to confirm the line was clear. He also took the time to help us understand what was going on and explained the next steps thoroughly, which I really appreciated. Excellent service from start to finish—highly recommend!

I called in around 6pm for a non-emergency service, just to get something scheduled the same week. The girl who answered the phone was amazing, very upbeat and professional. Then, within THIRTY minutes a tech showed up. Terry was absolutely incredible. Very through, kind, and efficient. He recommended a small repair. I really felt like he wasn’t trying to take advantage of us or just hit us with a big repair bill. I really felt good about the entire experience, and I will use this company again.

Recently purchased a house that apparently had a lot of hidden issues. My main sewer line basically disintegrated into the ground. All of the guys at RotoRooter came through and took care of everything immediately. Dwight and Richard worked on the drying portion of the restroom and the crawl space and John and another gentleman (can’t remember his name at the moment) took care of the line outside and going under the house. Everyone was extremely professional and kind and did a great job. Thank you all so much for for all your work and giving me peace of mind with this house ❤️ Now just have to wait for the contractors to come put everything back 😩 also, only put not sure for if the pricing was reasonable as I did not shop around to check pricing. Was mid emergency so just made sure I called a reputable company to see what was going on.

Our AC went out on a holiday weekend and Owens sent a technician out within an hour of our call. He diagnosed the problem and had if fixed within another hour. This company is great to work with - quick and friendly!

I have received excellent service from Owens Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. many times over a number of years on several residential and commercial HVAC jobs. They are prompt, efficient, and competitively priced. We are in the process of scheduling another HVAC replacement with Owens, and they are my go-to HVAC service. Strongly recommended.

Greg gave me excellent service took his time to make sure that the issue was fixed. The installer of the unit didn't do the job. So I wasn't going let them be me again. I would highly recommend Owen's Heating and Cooling. They are now my preferred HVAC company.

I can't really speak to their ability to do repairs, but I can tell you that at least one of their drivers is a menace on the road. Driving at least 15 to 20 miles over the speed limit, riding people's bumpers, and weaving in and out of traffic.
