I had an emergency on a recent late Saturday afternoon. I called a few plumbing services and Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup is the only place that sticks to their 24/7 schedule as advertised. Technician Mike Blanco arrived before my given window. Mike is responsive, thorough, friendly while remaining professional and respectful. My repairs were completed with no hassle with the cost falls within the range. I highly recommend this business, especially in a difficult situation.

Mike was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He came out within an hour of me requesting service. He gave me several options to try to fix my leaking sink. He involved me in the process and was sure I understood any costs associated with what he was doing. The price was right on point as well. Highly recommend!

Called these guys and got a same-day appointment. No charge for the tech to come out to diagnose. Thomas came out on a Saturday and completed my water heater replacement in the same day. He was very nice and did a great job. Highly recommended, especially if you get him.

Mike was a very professional, respectful technician. He took the time to understand and answer any questions that I needed to be addressed. I give him a five star rating.

I had given a 5 star rating because the tech told me it resulted in a bonus for him and he was a nice guy, but he also unplugged my disposal tube and plugged the disposal into itself. I attempted to fix it but missed the plugged-into-itself thing and called Roto Rooter to come fix what they broke. I was given a 2 hour window on a Sunday (9a-11a) and they kept me hanging until 3p. My Sundays are valuable, I don't enjoy using my entire day off waiting for someone to fix what they themselves broke.

We had a major flooding event on a Friday morning and Roto Rooter had a plumbing team to our door in two hours and the water mitigation team got to work drying our hime right away. Richard and Dwight were reassuring and professional the entire job. They contacted our insurance and provided thoroughly documented photos to help our approval process. They worked tirelessly on late nights and checked the equipment to update us on the entire process. We will be calling them again for our plumbing needs!

Our technician #2500 was fantastic! He worked patiently to unclog our laundry room, kitchen sink problems. He was professional, courteous and neat! Definitely recommend him and the company!

My technician was Devonte. He arrived on time assess the problem. My tub took forever draining when taking a shower or just soaking in the tub. Devonte unclogged my tub tested it numerous times to make sure that it drained properly. Once the job was completed, he cleaned the tub, vacuumed up any dust that he had left behind and made sure that I was satisfied with the job. I highly recommend him in this company again.

Richard and Dwight from Roto Rooter came to my house because i had water damage from my sewage pipe being clogged. They responded immediately the next day and followed up for the next three days.
