Scott did a great job and explained all the parts that were causing an issue. He also checked related parts and since they were fairly inexpensive, went ahead and replaced those. Very pleased

The technician was knowledgeable and efficient in removing and replacing both a kitchen faucet and a bar faucet. He took time to demonstrate the features of our new touchless faucet which we would otherwise have had to spend a lot of time figuring out. He removed all packaging material leaving the work area spotless and his friendly manner made him a pleasure to deal with.

Never hired this company before, but wouldn't hesitate to call again if needed. From the initial call with Judi, to the final payment with Scott, it was pleasurable. Needed an emergency repair and they were at the house and issue resolved within 2 hours! I would definitely recommend to anyone that is in need of work. Will be calling again, but hopefully not to soon, Lol. Paid a little more than I would of liked, but not to bad for an evening emergency repair I guess.

First, starting with Judy in customer service. I felt her smile over the phone, very pleasant. Scott the technician was very knowledgeable. He explained everything to where I could understand it. I highly recommend! Plumb Perfection is really living up to the name!

Fantastic experience with this company. We hired them to install a tankless water heater. The estimate process was informative and transparent, and the quoted price was fair. Scheduling was easy and they had good availability. The installation process was great. They arrived promptly, as scheduled, and took their time to do the job to perfection, as their name suggests. They even took the time to correct some existing work with the lines that were "not quite right" in our older 1970's built home. This is a well-run local company with a high quality team. We will absolutely work with them again, and highly recommend them to others.

We had the best experience, Quinton was professional and informative. We had our running toilet fixed and a leaky faucet repaired and replaced. If we ever need a plumber again, and with three kids we just might lol, we wouldn’t hesitate to call Plumb Perfection again!

It's always great to have no doubt about those who help you maintain your home. Plumb Perfection is my go-to company for any plumbing issue that arises. The work has been reliably good, and I've learned a ton about how things work. They have responded quickly and professionally to billing and scheduling questions each time I have called. They are in demand, so there's usually a wait, but if you can wait, it's worth it.

They were quick and efficient, explained the process to us, and showed extreme patience with the very curious 5 year old. As great as the service was, I hope I never have to see them again!

Mike got here fast, and immediately began fixing the problem. He patiently walked us through each step of the process and explained what the problem was, what he was doing, and several solutions, which made us feel involved, knowledgeable, and at ease. He did a good job articulating abstract concepts that people not familiar with plumbing equipment and terminology would not know off hand. He worked hard to fix the problem, and stayed until the job was done. He was polite and professional, and even cleaned up after himself. Mike did a great job, and it was well worth the money. We appreciate the help, and we will be using Roto-Rooter again in the future.

Mike did amazing! He was very informative, kind but most of all, did an exceptional job.

The primary reason I called Roto-Rooter was that supposedly they offered plumbing AND water cleanup. The plumbing turned out great. I was given a window of time. Hunter texted that he was running late, but he still showed up within the window. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. He was professional and thorough. He recommended their water cleanup service, and put in a ticket for that to be completed. I asked how long it would be before they arrived, and he said usually within the hour. After 2 hours, I called and was told they were running a bit behind but would be here within the hour. After 2 hours, I called again. I was told, "Let me make a call, and I'll give you a call back as soon as I know something." I got no call. Twelve hours later, I called again and was told, "If you haven't heard anything by noon, give us another call." I got impatient and called back about 1.5 hours later and was told, "I don't know. I'll email somebody." I said, "No, just cancel it. I'll find someone else who wants my business."

Really great service very attentive to what we requested at the time everyone that came out was very professional. They did a great job. I will recommend them.
