Tree reviews in Williamsburg, Virginia

A big thank you to Tommy and his 2 man crew for their hard work. They were friendly and efficient and did all our projects (plus some unexpected add-ons) in the time allotted. We trust their advice and will definitely use them again.

These lovely men did a wonderful job removing three trees that were leaning over my shed and my neighbors fence. They were professional, friendly, and on time. HIGHLY recommend!

Message Johnny Timbers is excellent. The men that came to take down two huge trees were highly professional. They came in and started to work right away. Their work was extremely hard and dangerous. However, they had a plan and followed it exactly. When finished they cleaned everything. I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

I appreciated their quick response to fix a potential problem with a leaning tree and more bad weather coming. They did a great job. Solid crew.
On a Sunday, a storm knocked over a 40 ft cypress and another tree was leaning close to my neighbor's house. Monday morning, I had reached out to Johnny Timbers and told him of my concerns about the leaning tree and more rain in the forecast. Tuesday morning they had a crew at the house and took care of the problem. They removed 4 cypress trees and their stumps, and cleaned up the yard. I can't thank them enough for giving me and my neighbor some peace of mind.

I cannot speak highly enough of Johnny's team. In our experience, contractors are rarely on time if they show up at all, but not only did they show up on time for estimates and services, they did exactly what they promised to my yard and trees, and left my yard and spotless. Additionally, with my family away often, I have to be wary of strange people at my house, but Johnny, Allen, Ryan, Tommy, and Justin were all extremely polite, and behaved like absolute gentlemen...friendly, helpful, good-humored, and patient with all of my questions. They even helped out two of my neighbors with a few tasks -- that was entirely unnecessary and so appreciated by all of us. In these days of failing courtesy, and unreliable contractors, Johnny Timbers was such a great example of service, integrity, and professionalism. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. On their breaks they even played with my very energetic dog -- she loved that!

Thank you, Johnny Timbers team! You're good guys!

john and his company are spot on and very knowledgeable in their work. had 7 trees removed and two were super close to house. they did an amazing job removing the trees and grinding the stumps, aside from trees gone , you would never know that a lot of work was done in yard, everything was retuned to as it was before work was started. its always nice to know that a company like johns exists and you can get great work done without being just a number. john will continue to get my business from now on.

Totally pleased with the work that I had done! Very knowledgeable and professional. The crew worked really well together, got the job completed as promised and left no trace of the mess that was created. Great job Johnny Timbers!

This was our second time hiring Johnny Timbers. They are always the first company to respond and come out for an estimate. Their prices are competitive and they go above and beyond. They left our yard better than it was before. We will use them for all our future tree work!

This was our first time to use Johnny Timbers Tree Service. The company we typically use closed shop and recommended Johnny Timbers.

Everything was professionally done. From the initial quote to scheduling to tree services to the payment process.

We were extremely pleased with their work and their cleanup afterwards.

We trust that your experience with Johnny Timbers Tree Service is the same as our experience.

Ben Morter came to my home to do a quote to trim and thin out two crepe myrtles. Ben was very personable and kind and gave me a very fair estimate but was not sure they had a crew that could do the work in my preferred time frame -- so, he came back and did it himself, and he did a superb job. He is honest and hard working. I would have Ben here anytime to do tree work for me. He's a gem for sure.

After the recent storm, We had a massive branch hanging precariously over my mother's driveway. I called Johnny Timbers and they responded immediately. They were able to get a crew out the same day to safely remove the hazard. This team is professional

We reached out on a Sunday for an estimate and by Wednesday, our giant Hickory tree was removed. Not only were they fast, professional and left our yard in pristine shape, we saved hundreds of dollars compared to other bidders. Highly recommend!

Very reasonably priced, fast, attention to detail, environmentally friendly, courteous, truly professional. They went above and beyond the usual. I highly recommend Dan's Tree Service.

I really appreciated the crew taking extra care to protect my surrounding landscape when removing the large dying tree from my backyard. I will definitely call them again for any future needs.

Great service! They do great work, are fast, and leave with almost no trace. Even cleanup was as impressive as the tree cutting. Will use them again.

Dan's took out a large tree and when they left, aside from the tree being gone, I could not even tell they had been there. Great service, prompt, and professional. Highly recommend.

Very professional company that gets the job done quickly, orderly and cleanly! Dan’s Tree Service is a high quality business and we’re very happy with the results!

Dan’s crew did an outside job! Removed Large tree that was right next to our house. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing tree service.

Had to remove tree from back yard with crane. Hoisted everything over the house and into the chipper and truck. Great job! Hard workers and perfect cleanup! I'll have them back for sure.

Showed up on date promised. Very professional and each man knew their job. Removed one 90 ft tree and several smaller ones. Done in one day. Did great job on removal and excellent cleanup.

Had a willow oak removed and a crepe myrtle trimmed back. Oak was in a tight spot, fence and surrounding houses. The did a great job and super clean up. Highly recommend.
