I have had the pleasure of working with Noor on three separate occasions for appliance repairs, and each experience has been outstanding. Most recently, Noor went out of his way to repair my dryer, demonstrating once again why he is my go-to for any appliance issues.

Noor responded immediately. Quickly assessed the problems with my washer and garbage disposal. Offered me a couple of priced solutions. Once I chose the solutions within hours, he had to go get a part on Christmas Eve, installed solutions and everything worked, no muss no fuss.

He’s a pleasant fellow as well. Absolutely recommend Noor!

Dealt with a lot of appliance repair folks lately and can easily say this is one of the best experiences I have had in years. Noor communicated well from the very start, making sure he could diagnose the problem and get the correct parts before he even showed up. Came next day and was in and out in 30 minutes. Noor was great and knowledgeable. Called him this morning and and made an appointment for the afternoon. I explained my dryer situation and he was sure he knew what the problem was. And he was right. He had the part with him and was able to fix the dryer on the spot.

Noor came out right way to check out our ice maker. He picked up the needed part the next day and had it working the day after that. Super quick, effective, friendly service. Highly recommend!

Noor was amazing. He showed up the same day I called to perform a diagnostic on our DW before the holiday weekend. He ordered parts and repair right the following Tuesday. Amazing turnaround and went above and beyond. I will definitely recommend him to anybody and have him fix my ice-maker soon too.

I called Noor and he made the time to see me the next day. He was easy to communicate with and very friendly. He was incredibly honest throughout the process and made me feel confident that I chose the right service provider. He was able to diagnose my issue and fix my oven within the same day, no fuss at all. He is also very reasonably priced and prompt. I will be coming to him for all future repairs and I suggest you do the same!

Nour is the best appliance repairman we’ve ever used. I wish we had found him years ago. He communicates very effectively, keeps his promises (and schedules), and is technically very competent. My wife and I are both aerospace engineers, and know a competent technician when we see one. His prices are very reasonable, too. Though we just had dishwasher repair this time, he’s a general appliance repairman, and his company has other specialists on tap if need be. He is on my speed dial as of now. Appliance Repair Hub is his company. I can’t recommend him too highly.

Seems like other people have had problems but they were extremely helpful and professional for me. Would definitely use them again.

Don't even bother calling them. They have been saying they would come to fix our microwave for 2 weeks and every time they're supposed to a new excuse comes up. Also unprofessional employees who answer the phone. Save your time, call someone else.

Absolute highway robbery. No estimate over the phone, at all. I had plastic spacers replaced on a dishwasher handle. In hind sight, should have done it myself. About 8 screws, pop the door cover, and install the spacers, done. I was charged $95 "service charge" to show up (3 mile drive), and then $151 for a "job rate" that is supposedly parts and labor. I guarantee the parts were less than $20. $255.06, and the tech was here 15 minutes tops.

I am unbelievably disappointed with this company for the following reasons:
1. After telling me to expect a tech to call me with a 20 minute window (I cancelled my work because they couldn't give me even a 4 hour window) I received a call that said someone would call me "after 4 pm"
2. After 5 pm, I called, and was told that someone would come "later that night."
3. After no one came and it was 9 pm, I left a message asking them to call me in the morning to reschedule.
4. No one called me the next morning.
5. After reaching someone, finally, I was told that "a tech would not be in my area, and someone could come out Tuesday."
I asked if I could be prioritized, since my appointment was not even completed. The woman with whom I was speaking said, "Well, I was going to try to accommodate you, but now I am not."
I will be taking my business elsewhere, and advising others of my experience.

This company is being used by Miele for warranty repair in the DC Metro area. After a service request from Miele, “Brian” contacted me to schedule an appointment. He said I had to wait a couple weeks until he was in my area. I should have taken the hint that they think they are doing the customer a favor. He gave me a window of time. He came to our house. Walked by an open garage and solarium where we were clearly visible. He claims to have knocked on the door and got no response. He might’ve waited 30 seconds and then took off. He called and I responded in 5 minutes and said we were a no show and he was going home. I explained this was unacceptable at which point he started yelling at me over the phone. My wife then called and he yelled at her as well stating he would never come back to our house ever. Can you believe that? Absolutely awful. Insist that your warranty repair never be booked through these clowns.

Absolutely appalling service! Two no-shows, and a last minute attempt to reschedule despite scheduling service weeks in advance. We will never work with them again and recommend you save your time and money by using a quality provider instead. Their lack of professionalism should disqualify them from being “authorized” service providers to high-quality brand appliances like Thermador and Bosch.
