Amazing service received, very professional and knowledgeable technician showed up at my house for my services requested. The technician called before to schedule an appointment and showed up on time. Also, I was quoted very reasonable rates.

Haris fixed our dryer and did a great job! More importantly he is responsive, professional and communicated well.

DMV made appointment but did not keep it and never told me they were not coming when I did get them on the phone they said they were no longer supporting the brand midea nor Lowes and the asked me to let Lowes know

I was very happy with the service to my dishwasher. The tech figured out it wasn't my actual dishwasher and it was my garbage disposal. He corrected the issue with the garbage disposal which really wasn't his responsibility and I really appreciate that! I would definitely would recommend him to others and utilize his services again.

Had an appointment with them today. That was set up through Lowes. Set up my appointment date and time through Lowes. Now I call the appliance repair company to figure out a time and they said I wasn’t on their schedule. How do you accept work repair through Lowes and not warrant the date and time that’s set up through Lowes. Here I am losing a day at work waiting on a repair to have them not show up. Very unprofessional.

I had a dryer issue. It was a fairly new GE appliance that unfortunately went bad just after it's one year warranty. I reached out to Haris and he was quick to respond and showed up the next day, diagnosed the issue ordered parts and fixed the issue the very next day. I applaud his professionalism. Woke up this morning to our refrigerator not working. Called DMV appliances at 8 AM and the technician (Haris Azhar) was here by 9:15 AM. He was excellent about explaining the issue which was the compressor starter relay. He had the part, replaced it and finished by 10AM.

Great service, came in to check my dryer ordered the parts (heating element) came back Saturday morning 12/28/2024 to install the parts, now my whirlpool dryer is working like new. Highly recommended. I’m very satisfied with the service.

Our Samsung dryer stopped heating and I called Help Appliance and set-up a next day appointment. Shortly thereafter they called back with an opening in their schedule for same-day and were at my home in less than 30 min.

The tech evaluated the problem and replaced the bad heating element in less than 30 min while I watched! It was fascinating to watch a highly skilled tech disassemble the machine and put it back together so smoothly and quickly. Honestly it was like a Nascar pit crew or a ballet, fluid efficiency!

I am so impressed I stored their business into my Google contacts.
