Appliance Solutions was great. I submitted the contact form on their site early in the morning and they had Jose out same day to check out the issue with our washer. He diagnosed the problem quickly, gave an accurate timeline to receive the part, and installed the part a few days later. The entire time he was here, he was polite and friendly and he took the time to explain the tests he did and the part warranty after the work was done. Will absolutely rely on Appliance Solutions again for any future repairs needed.

My repairman, Jose, was very polite.He came in, greeted my dog and went right to work. Not only did he install the new faceplate he also put screws on the side to keep it from sliding when opened. Worst service I’ve ever received from an appliance service company and I’ve had some bad experiences! My fridge wasn’t working and I got stuck with using this company through my home warranty service. Took them 48 hours after my initial claim for someone to come to look at the issue. Then another week for the part to arrive. Then someone came to install the part another 48 hours later. The issue was NOT resolved after installation and I called them back to have someone come again to my house to fix it. I was told they would call me back in 15 mins. No return call. I called AGAIN and they told me to contact the tech because he wasn’t answering their calls, and that I had to explain the issue over the phone so he could try to fix it remotely and if not he would tell me when he would come to my house. WHAT? So I was basically scheduling the tech and doing the work for them. THEN when they gave me the number of the tech it turned out to be the wrong tech! Then the right tech won’t be able to come for another 24 hours. For the price I’m paying, it’s absolutely not worth going 2 weeks without a fridge. If I could give 0 stars I would!

I was extremely happy with their service and will definitely use them again. They removed and installed a stacked washing machine for me. They were able to do it the same day I called, which was amazing because American Home Shield refused to do anything beyond leaving my new machine in the middle of the floor and hauling away the old one, provided I could get it unstacked, which I obviously could not do on my own.

Their technicians came out, removed my old washer, installed the new one, and stacked my dryer on top. The installation was quick and professional, and the technicians were very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
