Our Appliance Geek technician did a wonderful job. He notified us when he was in his way, and arrived when he said he would. Very polite and knew what he was doing, going above and beyond. He figured out the leak was not from the washing machine, which was very helpful, but was coming from our HVAC. He cleared out the drain from the HVAC system and cleaned up the leak and the area looks good. Now we’ll have to have the HVAC looked at, wish it could be an Appliance Geek.

Asif was able to come by that same day and quickly identify and fix the problem. He showed us the broken motor and compared it with the new one and now the washing machine is back in service.
