Missed 4 appointments. Then berated me for being slow to open the door AT AN UNSCHEDULED TIME and left under a service contract. A VERY NASTY MAN

Took many days to provide an estimate and diagnosis, and only stayed in my home for five minutes while charging for a full service fee. They are useless and I wouldn’t use them.

This guy is a crook. We tried to get our money back after he did not complete the work on a washing machine repair job for FOUR MONTHS and have not been able to do so. When we catch him on the phone he agrees that he owes us hundreds of dollars but has never paid us. DO NOT HIRE HIM

We paid $450 for this company to remove the old oven and install a new oven. He left the old oven in the garage. When asked about it, he stated they they charge another $250 to dispose of the old oven. Highway robbery. He hung up on me when I confronted him about it. This is a bad business. Do not use this vendor. Go anywhere else but to this guy.

Just to see what was wrong with our appliances they charged 200. They said it would come off the repair we saw no sign of it, when inquiring about it they said they took it off, what they charged we could have bought a new oven
. Not even sure if what they did to the fridge even work. Find someone else

Was having issues with my Dish Washer. It was leaking. So I ordered replacements for the seals. When they arrived I watched the videos on YouTube and looked up all the information on replacing the rubber seal and the door seal. Piece of cake. So I took off the out door, pulled out the old seals and replaced the rubber seal within three minutes. Then tried to put in the door's bottom seal. Not as easy - the plastic part has to fit into slot that is hard to reach and out of sight. And I failed. After two hours I swallowed my pride and got in contact with Sammy. He gave me a time when he could arrive and an estimate of cost. Even texted me when he was going to be late (there was a storm) and when he arrived he was able to do the work in 15 minutes. And even he admitted that it wasn't an easy job. But he knew some tips - used soap - and got the job done. And he did wear a mask. More than happy with the results and now have a working, non-leaking, Dish Washer. In fact before he left he explained all the other reasons the machine could be leaking just in case the new seals did not work. But we tested the seals and they worked.

Sammy Appliance Repair is totally incompetent!!! They were the contractor assigned by American Home Shield to repair my dryer. After coming out four times the technician said It was not repairable. Then I waited two weeks for the contractor to fully communicate the need for replacement. When It came time to admit they couldn't fix It, they changed their story and said that the dryer is repairable but that another contractor should be assigned. I have no idea how someone else from their company who never saw my dryer could overrule the technician who actually tried to fix my dryer. After 5 weeks of waiting and calling my dryer still doesn't work. WORST CONTRACTOR I'VE EVER DEALT WITH!!!

Contracted by Sears to fix our two washing machines. Did not show up on the date scheduled by Sears. Two days with no contact received from them regarding the scheduled repairs we finally call them where they tell us that Saturday is the only day the service can be done, otherwise it'll be weeks before they can come out. Saturday it is. Saturday arrives and the technician replaces the water pumps successfully but fails to properly position the pump filter drain hose; instead of putting it through the proper port he placed it incorrectly, leading it to be completely pinched between a panel and the frame. Even worse, he did the same thing on the other washer. After bringing this to the technician's attention (he had already left our facility) he proceeded to tell me that it was not a water drain hose and not to worry if it's pinched. Wow.... how's that for unethical behavior. That drain hose is what allows the washer to be drained in the event of power outage, malfunctioning water pump (our problem), or if you need to perform the recommended monthly maintenance on the water pump filter. I'm sure the technician knows that because in order to remove the pump he had to use that very same drain hose! He even went through the effort to fold up the hose so it would still fit into the retaining clip.

Perhaps he figured we wouldn't notice the error and to his credit, I'd wager 90% of his customers wouldn't notice the mistake either until they went to use the drain hose after getting clogged drain code.... how unfortunate. It's sad to think of how many people this company has provided unethical service to...fixing one issue but causing another that would necessitate another service call to "fix". Mistakes happen but to not provide restitution? Even worse, to lie about it.

Attempts to get the technician to return have been unsuccessful and, frankly, I'm glad. The last thing I want is someone like that touching our machines again.

We hired Sammy through Puls to repair our refrigerator. Not only was he late to our appointment, but he did not complete the repair. No sooner than he left, the refrigerator was malfunctioning again. He promised to return to properly fix the issue. He never returned. After multiple attempts to get him on the phone, he finally responds and commits to coming the following week—-ghosts us. Never shows up, never responds, never schedules and follow up appointment to finish the job. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. He will steal your money.

"DO NOT HIRE THEM". They are just scammers trying to sell defective products. I was told we were getting a new refrigerator, which was over $100.00 than what Home depot offered. But I was referred by one of their techician on Thumbtack, so I didn't do any background check. We got the refrigerator; he was late on the delivery. Once we got to the middle of the stairs, i realized it was not a brand new refrigerator. It was Open box with scratches . The same Refrigerator was available for $777.99 at Best buy for open box and they were charging me $1200 plus $72.00 tax and $128.00 delivery and haul away existing refrigerator. They were suppose to haul away the fridge the same day but they did not want to do it. I am assuming hauling was never on their to do list. I knew I was being scammed but I paid them money hoping they would come back following day to haul the refrigerator. They didn't respond to calls or texts and I had to find someone else to haul the refrigerator.
