Same day appointment. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and had the right parts on his truck. From previous internet search the part was correctly priced and the labor fee was appropriate. I would recommend this service organization to friends if they needed this service.

Absolutely the best. Omar worked on the Frigidaire residential refrigerator installed in my Class A RV. He troubleshot, found and fixed the problems, previously missed by another unnamed company. Simply superb!

The service is outstanding. We have used Appliance Repair Services twice now - once for our stove and this latest for our dishwasher which decided to stop working mid cycle. The technician came on a day convenient for us. Wore booties and a mask. He listened to my somewhat garbled explanation and went to work. I like that the repair was explained and I saw the problem part after it was diagnosed. We got a call 30 minutes before arrival which was most appreciated. Definitely our family’s go to service if and when needed (hopefully not too soon though!)

My washer malfunctioned and water began leaking… Lots of water! The leak was so bad it had penetrated the floor of the upper level of our home and started to spring several little leaks onto our lower level. I Called several companies with claims of emergency/ anytime service but the only one that would respond was Appliance Repair Services. He arrived within a couple of hours of our phone conversation to promptly stop the leak and diagnose our washer. He was kind and knowledgeable and his pricing was very reasonable. He only charged us the regular service / Diagnosis fee, no fee for after hours or emergency ( which He totally could’ve done) and the service fee will go towards the repairs for our washer which he will return to do.
I have to say in the level of customer service went above and beyond our expectations and we couldn’t be happier. I will Recommend them to friends and family and anyone who reads this review. Thanks again Omar we are very grateful for you.

We had a great experience with Omar as our technician. Our water filter was making a noise every time we used the water dispenser. I received a service appointment the day I called and our problem was fixed that same day! We are very happy with the prompt and professional service we received.

Called for Dryer repair, Omar came day I asked for, called before he got here, and was professional, answered all the questions I had and didn't mind my curiosity of looking at what he was doing at times. He worked in a tight space without problems and less than an hour later my dryer was working and it didn't cost an arm and a leg! Would recommend and would use them again for future repairs.

I called and Omar came to my home within 45 minutes of making the call. He was very polite and professional. He diagnosed the issue and explained everything in great detail. He promptly fixed the issue with the washer. I would highly recommend this company. If I have any other appliance issues in the future, they will be the first and only company I call. DMV did a great job on fixing the dashboard on my range. The first technician showed up and thoroughly accessed the problem. DMV then described the next steps to me and did not delay in following through on those step. It did not take long to get the needed part and return to install it (and even put the bulb in the oven for me). Zaky waited while I made sure the oven was able to turn on and heat up. I recommend this company because they did a great job with fixing my major appliance and did not waste waste time in taking care of the problem. -Barbara

Pleasant experience overall despite the hiccup (wrong part was initially ordered) which caused a week of delay. Star did a great job with the scheduling process and Ramin, the technician was quick and efficient!
