We had Make it Now, LLC come back to our rental property in DC to reinstall a cabinet over a refrigerator. While there I asked if they can assess a toilet- I liked that Jaime gave me three options and I did choose a new toilet to be installed. They also did some caulking. I will definitely have Make it Now come to my house.
Very good communication- no surprises.

I originally reached out for some electrical work but added on drywall installation and screen repair on my patio. I received bids from multiple companies and Make It Now provided the best proposal and gave me the most confidence that they would get the work done properly. Make It Now communicated throughout the process, was timely, and the end work was great. Make It Now will be the general contractor I go to for home repairs. I look forward to doing business with them in the future and I am very happy with the work that was done now.

I recently had an excellent experience with Make It Now Home Services. I booked an appointment on Yelp, and they were able to come the very next day. Caesar, the technician, arrived on time and was very professional. He gave me several options that fit my budget for the job.

Caesar was very tidy and respectful, always using booties to keep my home clean. He completed the installation of my EV car charger in about 2.5 hours, which was impressive. I'm very satisfied with the quality of the work and the overall service.

I want to share my experience and express my appreciation for Marvin and the owner of Make It Now LLC. Marvin installed ventilation for our over-the-range microwave, extending it to the exterior. He was friendly, courteous, and did an excellent job overall. After the installation, my wife and I noticed a slight draft coming from the newly created exterior hole. We reached out to the company, and they addressed the issue immediately. Marvin returned promptly and made the necessary repairs. In a time when it’s challenging to find reliable and trustworthy companies, Make It Now LLC stands out. I’m especially grateful to Marvin for his outstanding service. I highly recommend this company!

They guys are great, but they said they could not replace the sockets in my exactly 50-year old ceiling fixtures. The fixtures are simple, but attractive. I have found several potential socket replacements on line. Now I need to determine if one has stem threads matching the decorative nut that secures the globe.

Work was done pretty well. They made mistakes installing the door, so they had to re-do it twice. Left extra holes in the wall. They didn't complete all of the steps of the door installation. I had to finish part of it that they forgot to do. They also left paint on my black bathroom faucet that I had to clean off. But the door is installed and works properly.

They were professional and punctual for both appointments. However, I’m only giving 3 stars because the service felt rushed. They installed a new breaker and made five holes in different walls of my house to pass electrical lines. Unfortunately, the wall repairs were done hastily, likely due to pressure from their main office repeatedly calling the workers to ask how long they would take to finish. As a result, one of the walls now has bubbles and looks poorly repaired, which doesn’t meet professional standards.

Make It Now LLC should be the only electrician anyone near Woodbridge uses! Affordable, skilled, expeditous, and friendly. They communicate well and clean up after every job!

The folks over at Make It Now installed an 88”Maverick Super Max fan from Generation Lighting with a 72” down rod on a 19’ tall ceiling. Their estimate was $30 more than the lowest bid and $20 less than the highest. They were done in about two hours including area prep (covered sofa/carpet/TVs in plastic) and I think they did an excellent job. (Please forgive the numerous couch pillows not being set up as my wife normally has them)

Installation of light fixtiures, dimmers, ceiling fan. Arrived on time, were super polite. They sent a text saying exactly at what time they'd be arriving with a picture of the technician. All work was completed efficiently and every effort was made to keep the mess from the work contained. Cleaned up all work spaces. An itemized list of work was presented with previously agreed upon prices. WAs given a selection of payment methods. All in all, an excellent experiences with highly qualified technitians. Would hire again and recommend 100%.

I recently experienced an electrical outage at my home where several areas connected to a bathroom GFI circuit were not working and one of my circuit breakers was tripped and couldn't be reset. Make It Now sent out an electrician to troubleshoot the issue. They first quoted me a price to do the troubleshooting and fix the issue. They showed up on time and I showed them what I attempted to do to fix the issue. They used test equipment and quickly determined that there was a short in one of the circuits fed by the GFI. The electrician tested all the outlets and wiring and eventually found a wall socket that was installed in a tight wall electrical box causing the ground wire to short the circuit. He fixed this issue quickly then reinstalled the GFI socket, tested all the connections and had me up and running. His skill and equipment saved the day. He was very professional and friendly. I have used this company many times on small and large complex electrical work - I highly recommend their services.

Make It Now did a wonderful job! I couldn't have asked for a more professional contractor to do business with. They were 100% on time, every time, every day, and with a smile. The workers were always very pleasant and didn't interrupt the flow of the house. I would recommend this company for your next remodel! I only wish I had more projects to spend money with them on.

Cesar did a great job replacing the ceiling light and dimmer switch in my daughter’s room that we’ve been redecorating. He was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. We have some additional electrical projects we’ve been putting off and will definitely be scheduling more work soon.

Elvin and Eli did an amazing Job hanging a 45 lb chandelier above the dining table. They wore shoe covers and covered the surrounding furniture as well. Very courteous and polite.
